One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, I would rate everything 10 stars if possible. The location, lodges, food and service all rate amongst the very best.

We had an outstanding stay and would return without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, the team set the tone: exceptionally professional, genuinely warm, and consistently attentive without ever being intrusive. It is rare to experience service that is so polished while still feeling personal and relaxed. The hotel clearly operates to the highest standards across the board, everything felt seamless, well organized, and meticulously maintained. This level of quality and service naturally comes at a corresponding price point, but in this case it felt entirely justified. If you value excellence, discretion, and a truly professional yet friendly approach, the Delaire Graff Lodges and SPA delivers.

Beautiful lodge with some flaws. Private pool could need a little update, phone in the room didn’t work, service did what they had to do but didn’t go above and beyond for what you would expect at a high price property like this. They asked about food restrictions and allergies like 5 times but then didn’t pass them on to the staff which meant we still got something with garlic for breakfast which was very unfortunate. Concept is good but the level of service and detail is not where it should be compared to other properties this level - but might also be a cultural thing.

Incrível! Passamos o aniversário do meu marido! O hotel nos fez uma surpresa e tivemos um pôr do sol com espumante e uma degustação do jantar com espumante na parte superior do hotel! Simplesmente foi tudo maravilhoso!!! Decidimos até ficar mais 1 diária para podermos aproveitar! Equipe maravilhosa, comida fantástica, SPA muito bom!!! Tudo perfeito!!!

Fomos conhecer a vinícola em um dia chuvoso, e por incrível que pareça, isso fez com que aproveitássemos ao máximo o hotel. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa: serviço, comida, spa, quarto amplo super bem decorado, moderno e os vinhos …maravilhosos.

Excellent hotel if you are viewing this property go ahead and reserve. The wines are spectacular the property is breathtaking and the service is superb. The rooms are what a hotel room should be at a top hotel, worth every penny. Again if you are reading my review hit book.... by the way reserve some time to admire the art in the property which is breathtaking

Hotel incrível!!!

No handrails in showers, making it difficult for the elderly. Food was good but very expensive as was the wine. Only TV was in bedroom.

Tudo perfeito, o hotel , os quartos, os restaurantes , a piscina, os vinhedos, as paisagens. Falta tempo para fazer tudo que o hotel oferece. O preço é alto, mas vale o investimento por uma experiência única

Most spectacular property, beautiful accommodations with excellent guest amenities. Incredibly helpful staff who made extra efforts to ensure we had the perfect stay. Next time we will return for twice as long, two nights isn’t near enough in this stunning hotel.

One of the best hotel in SA, for sure. But, Guest Relation team looses the contexts when shifts change daily.

Melhor hotel ever!

Unmatched views and lovely hotel, shame they are ruining some of the vista with new construction. Facilities were good and food excellent value, but the price of the room rate is too high for what they are and the hotel is. At prices above Dubai, London and New York it’s at the wrong point.
