As Centara brand, I've expected that hotel's quality and standard be more than this.

My wife have bite something and all off the body get red and itchy. The staff help us to change the linen because we found something under the linen "goose"from bed cover? And a lot. In the morning I meet the manager and I very dissapointed to hear the reason and she didn't say sorry or anything or any solution. And also she say the hotel didn't want to pay the cost hospital for skin doctor. She heard from her staff my wife allergic?? I am never told them about that. Then I ask them to deep clean our room. Now my wife still getting red all of the body and still get itchy. Verry disappointed to stay this hotel.

My room. 1.WIFI : low speed 2. Have not body lotion 3. Have not conditioner (shampoo)
The light went off for many hours also the water wasn’t clear, yellow. The air conditioning wasn’t working well at room 826, it’s very hot all night.

Reach high-standards services, I feel the elegance since my first step to the hotel. The staff was very nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Never regret staying at Centara. And please add me to the brand loyalty person.
