After we checked into the hotel, one of the staff came into our room and left sweets on our bed while we were out. While this is a lovely gesture we didn’t ask for them to come inside or leave the door on the clean the room option. I trust that the staff won’t steal but I felt as if some privacy had been invaded regarding our valuables and possible items which we don’t want others to see. Luckily we tidied before heading out to avoid this and we hid our embarrassing items and valuables. Other than this small detail it is an amazing hotel with incredible staff with a welcoming feel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First time to stay in Me London, and we loved it. Great location, nice roof top bar, good size of room for 3 of us. And most of all, the Head Concierge, Mr. Emiliano Del Pizzo, was the biggest help throughout our stay. We will definitely stay in Me London again.

ロケーションも抜群ですし、ホテルの内装も文句なし。窓が小さく周りの風景は楽しめませんでしたが、総合的に良いホテルでした。

頼んだ洗濯物がその日のうちに戻されず、クレームしたところ、ほかの部屋に運ばれていた事が分かった。快適な滞在だったが、サービスと、言う意味では、ジャカルタとかのホテルの方が余程良い。

周囲のレストランもおしゃれで美味しいところが多かったです。ルーフトップバーも素敵そうだったので本当は行きたかったです。何よりもレセプションの方の対応と深くて快適なバスタブが最高でした。

館内もおしゃれで、スタッフもすばらしい方ばかりでした。唯一のマイナス点は、アメニティの補充がたまに完璧ではかったことです。

目的としていた屋上テラスが工事で使えなくてガッカリです。かわりにSTKレストランに行きましたが、明るく楽しい接客でした。部屋はアップグレードしてくれたようでした。とてもモダンで快適でした。センスがいいので、それは何より気持ちいいです。

かなりデザイン重視のホテルで、コンテポラリー様式が好きな方には満喫できると思います。 ただ、機能性が伴っているかは別です。 エアコンやシャワーの使い勝手は、細かいところまで行き届いていない事は否めません。 さいごまで、バスタブと寝室の温度設定は出来ませんでした。 サービスはリクエストすれば、すぐに対応して貰えるのは当たり前ですが。 イベントシーズンだと、最上階のゲストの騒ぐ音が深夜まで聞こえます。

ロケーション、清潔感、設備等、ほとんどどれをとっても問題点は見られません。 ただ、週末になるととても人気のルーフトップバーや１階のバーが相当な人数の若者で賑わうので、若い方向けという印象が拭えなかったです。サービスも悪くはないですが、どちらかというと若い方向けというか、昔でいう５つ星ホテルの最上級サービスというわけではないところが中年お僕としては残念でした。

何と言ってもロケーションが最高です。部屋は少し小さいですが、清潔感があり快適です。ベッドの品質は最高クラスです。

デザインホテルのため、水回りなどやや使い勝手が悪かったです。ただしコベントガーデンなどへのアクセスは非常に良かった。

The hotel was spotless and incredibly tidy. I absolutely loved the decor. The food was amazing and the rooftop bar was exquisite.

Roof top bar was amazing, staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, location great for convent garden and theatres,

Modern sleek hotel in great location. Super comfy extra large beds, rain showers and roof top bar/restaurant with stunning views of London!

Amazing place. Everything from the hotel to the location to the staff. Would rate this 10 stars if I could.

The room was a good size, but smelt quite damp. If we had been staying for longer I would have asked to move room, but accepted it for one night. Location is good and the breakfast was very nice, although I would suggest staggering bringing out the three courses as there’s not much table room for cereal, a cooked English and pastries!

We have stayed at the hotel a few times. This time we felt that the room was a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. The staff were very helpful as always. The rooftop bar was great. A shame that the atrium is no longer used as the reception area as it was the wow factor every time we visited the hotel.

We was on the 9th floor and the bar was directly above our room, loud music into the easily hours. Not the best nights sleep.
