素晴らしいホテルです。タイパフェリーターミナルとマカオフェリーターミナルへの無料シャトルバスが運行しています。部屋は清潔で、サービスもとても良かったです。コタイセントラルに位置し、カジノとショッピングモールは階下にあります。

部屋は最高でした！とても快適な枕のおかげで、夫と完璧な夜を過ごしました。部屋の設備は充実していて、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。立地も完璧でした。ベネチアン、ウィン、パリジャンなど、どこにでも近いです！スタッフは親切で、特にベルボーイとコンシェルジュはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。唯一のマイナス点は、部屋がエレベーターから1kmほど離れていたことです（笑）。エレベーターから遠すぎました。反対側にもエレベーターがあればいいのにと思います。

Service is great. Near the free shuttle bus and it's good for those who wanna see water theatre and Paris tower and gondola ride!

The hotel is awesome.. connecting to venetian, parisian and cotai👍🏻👍🏻 Breakfast is a pleasure.. many varieties of food and all delicious.

quick check in process, big room big bed nice bed, have a shuttle bus free almost everywhere, can borrow umbrella and even wheelchair. definitely going to comeback next time

Hotel yang bagus, kamarnya luas. Fasilitas yang diberikan sangat lengkap. Tersedia shuttle bus gratis untuk menuju pelabuhan atau mal di sekitarnya. Persis di bawah hotelnya terdapat mal. membuat liburan semakin berkesan. terima kasih Traveloka.

The service was so good. The receptionist voluntarily offered me a change from single bed (I cannot remember whether it’s queen/king size) to 2 twin beds, and the beds were quite large, I was glad I accept the offer (it’s for free)

Superb service from check in to check out. Rooms were big, clean, and amenities were maintained to be cleaned and guest friendly. They went out of their way to send us a birthday cake which was very delicious. Comparing Holiday Inn Cotai to Sheraton Macao Sands Cotai I would choose to Holiday.

Hotel terletak di Seberang the venetian. Hotel sebelahan dengan sheraton hotel dan seberangnya city of dream. Semuanya bisa diakses dengan jalan kaki, ada shuttle free bus. Pakai saja free bus dari condone.

Hotel bersih, very recommended hotel.
