立地は最高。屋上テラスで、カテドラルの鐘を聴きながらの朝食はお勧めです。部屋が狭いのだけがちょっと不便。

真っ白で、絵がたくさん飾られていて、ロマンティックです。廊下の声がよく聞こえます。防音対策をされると良いと思います。

アルカサル、カテドラル、サンタクルス街など旧市街を訪れるなら非常に良い立地と思います。city view roomに宿泊しましたが、窓辺からのぞけばヒラルダの塔の上部が見える程度で部屋の中からは向かいの建物しか見えませんでした。 部屋からの景色には大きな期待は禁物です。 朝食は屋上テラスで、ヒラルダの塔もよく見え眺めは良かったです。 部屋は水回りも含め清潔でしたがやや狭く、大きめのスーツケース二つを開くとほぼ一杯でした。 フロントの対応はフレンドリーで丁寧でした。 多くのホテルは契約しているフラメンコスタジオがあるのか、それ以外のスタジオの情報提供に消極的だと感じました。気になったスタジオの予約をお願いすると、ホテル推奨のスタジオがベストで他はあまり素敵でないとの案内を受けたので、結局直接電話予約しました。ステージは大変感動するもので、料金もホテルの薦めるスタジオのほぼ半値でした。やはりホテルが薦める観光客向けのスタジオは料金が高めだなと感じました。 立地重視の方にはおすすめです。

La posizione è magnifica. La stanza è un po piccola, non ha un armadio che si possa definire tale, mini frigo e cassaforte posizionate a terra non rendono agevole l’utilizzo. Pulizia buona,

Great location. A small friendly hotel with friendly staff. Coffee facilities in the room (although very little stock and was never replenished over our stay) which we couldn’t see on the details and had brought some things with us. Would be an idea to make this amenity clear when booking. Room was clean but we did find two tissues on the floor under the bed. Had a great stay though, and would go there again

Good service, clean amenities, customer service was great and helpful especially Zakaria was very nice and helpful and spoke 3 languages was easy to communicate.

The room was clean and lovely, great shower, super view from the balcony. The roof terrace was a gorgeous place to gather with friends and family also staying at the hotel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Definitely going back!

Excellent staff. Very polite and helpful. Could not ask for a better location. Close to the places we need to go. It is a boutique hotel. 12 rooms. The rooms are small but clean, bathroom decent size, coffee in room, but no tea, but the staff got it for us from the bar on the roof. the rooms being small not too comfortable for more than a few day stay.

This is a great location with very friendly staff. Just outside of the cathedral, walking distance from everything.

Wir haben Sevilla vom 23.9-27.9.2025 besucht! Das Palacio Alcazar ist ein kleines, super gelegenes Hotel! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einzigartig, man kann die ganze Altstadt fußläufig erreichen. Da wir unser Zimmer (Lage:Ausblick in einen kleinen Innenhof u. gleich neben dem Fahrstuhl) wirklich nur zum schlafen genutzt haben, war es für uns völlig ok! Es gibt eine wundervolle Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wir konnten unser Frühstück leider nur am Abreisemorgen dort genießen, da sie die anderen Tage renoviert wurde 😞 Nichts desto Trotz haben wir dort oben einen schönen Abend verbracht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch völlig ok! Für Gäste, die kein 5Sterne-Hotel erwarten sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage hat mit Sicher5/6Sterne verdient!!
