立地は最高。屋上テラスで、カテドラルの鐘を聴きながらの朝食はお勧めです。部屋が狭いのだけがちょっと不便。

真っ白で、絵がたくさん飾られていて、ロマンティックです。廊下の声がよく聞こえます。防音対策をされると良いと思います。

アルカサル、カテドラル、サンタクルス街など旧市街を訪れるなら非常に良い立地と思います。city view roomに宿泊しましたが、窓辺からのぞけばヒラルダの塔の上部が見える程度で部屋の中からは向かいの建物しか見えませんでした。 部屋からの景色には大きな期待は禁物です。 朝食は屋上テラスで、ヒラルダの塔もよく見え眺めは良かったです。 部屋は水回りも含め清潔でしたがやや狭く、大きめのスーツケース二つを開くとほぼ一杯でした。 フロントの対応はフレンドリーで丁寧でした。 多くのホテルは契約しているフラメンコスタジオがあるのか、それ以外のスタジオの情報提供に消極的だと感じました。気になったスタジオの予約をお願いすると、ホテル推奨のスタジオがベストで他はあまり素敵でないとの案内を受けたので、結局直接電話予約しました。ステージは大変感動するもので、料金もホテルの薦めるスタジオのほぼ半値でした。やはりホテルが薦める観光客向けのスタジオは料金が高めだなと感じました。 立地重視の方にはおすすめです。

Gelukkig was de ligging goed. De accommodatie was povertjes : uitzicht enkel op binnenkoertje, afloop van toilet duidelijk hoorbaar , kleerkastjes waar amper iets in kon behangen met papier dat loskomt. Twee stekkers (1 in de kamer, 1 in de badkamer) vrij kleine kamer want stoel aan schrijftafeltje stond volledig tegen bed . Dakterras amateuristisch ingericht. Hotel niet bereikbaar met wagen.misschien adviseren naar welke parking dichtbij kan gereden worden. Wij geven absoluut geen vier sterren. Over ontbijt kunnen wij niet oordelen want buiten hotel gegeten. Mooie horecazaak vlakbij voor om het even welke maaltijd.

Lovely hotel in the heart of seville, clean room, had everything we needed, staff nice, and breakfast was a nice surprise as we onky had it on last day before we travelled home.

Hotel Palacio Alcázar has the perfect location. Just steps away from the Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar in the center of Sevilla. Many restaurants and fun places nearby. Very welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk. Our room had a balcony and we opened the door to watch the stunning Giralda Tower and let some fresh air in. The breakfast venue was upstairs on the rooftop and it also served drinks and tapas. The room has an electric coffee/tea maker with decaf (no real coffee), and they leave mini-cupcakes. A nice touch is a courtesy Spanish fan left in the room as a souvenir. Rocío, Elena, and Carlos (night shift) were very kind and attentive. Before our arrival we had questions and they were answered promptly via e-mail. We enjoyed our stay!

Pésimo trato.

Petit déjeuner sur le rooftop. Buffet, boissons chaudes à volonté, les œufs préparés sur commande fait par personne très gentille et serviable. Le bar en journée, tres belle vue, service inégale, en soirée , au cocher du soleil, les locaux sont mieux traités que les touristes. Pour eux les verre givrés, les choses à grignoter. Nous étions servie dans les verres mouillés et le vin blanc n'était pas du frais. Nous étions obligés de demander les glaçons. Le jeune homme à la réception était adorable, nous a donné des très bonnes adresses. La place embaume les fleurs d’orangers et calme la nuit. Les oiseaux chantent le matin.

Can’t beat the area!

We got a free drink on their terrace which was really nice and relaxing after traveling all day. The room is small but clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful with setting up transportation to the airport.It’s in a good location!

Had a wonderful stay here, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable, convenient location and enjoyed the rooftop bar for breakfast and drinks. We also had the bonus of the orange trees fragrance and it was so nice to be able to sleep with the windows open
