総合評価とレビュー AZZ Sevilla Torre de la Plata

太陽の塔や大聖堂が徒歩1〜2分圏内と、観光スポットに近いのがとても便利。 アパルトメントスタイルの為、部屋は十二分に広く、食器類も兼ね備えているので調理可能。 但し、歯磨きセットやシャンプー・リンス・ボディウォッシュ・ハンドソープは無い為持参要。

2回目の利用です。前回も今回もフロントの対応、立地の良さと快適さで大満足でした。 ただ後からチェックアウトした友人がキッチン台に置いてあった道具（コンビニ袋でラッピング）が紛失していたことに気付いたのですが、そのまま引き払ったそうです。留守中にごみを綺麗にしてくださったのは嬉しかったですが、なぜそれ以外の場所に手を付けられたのか少々疑問です。 あとはシャワーだけなので、バスタブがある部屋があれば嬉しいかなと思います。 紛失の件を除けば今回も大満足で、また次回も利用したいと思っています。

アパートタイプのお宿です。 便利な場所、部屋も広く、 キッチン付き洗濯機付き の 部屋でよかったのですが 、少し不具合のある部屋に当たってしまいました。 ※リビングのライトが切れかけで、チカチカする。バスルームのライトが数個きれていた。(残りのライトで過ごせたので、もういいやと思って過ごしました) ※ドライヤーが壊れてた 　これは困りました。スタッフは限られた時間しかレセプションにいないので、次の日に伝え、別のドライヤーを借りました。 日本と同じ感覚でシャワーを使うと、二人目からは、お湯が出なくなる確率が高いです。ヨーロッパは水が貴重だということを忘れてたので、気を付けないと いけないです 。 アパートタイプなので 、 キッチン 大きな冷蔵庫 洗濯機が部屋にあります 。 食器用洗剤アリ 、 キッチンペーパーとふきんもありました 。シャンプーボディジェル、石鹸、 歯ブラシはひとつだけありました。 洗濯用洗剤はなし。 とても便利な場所にあるので、観光もしやすいです。 トラムの乗り場も近いので、santa justa駅から近郊線とトラムで到着できました。 スタッフも気さくで、 市内地図をくれたりと親切でした ので、 お部屋の 不具合 がなければ 良かったなと思いました。

Overall was good experience. Location was great, facilities were relatively plain but clean and adequate, and price was reasonable. Was a bit annoyed that they said they had luggage storage (sign on the front door of office even said it), but they said they no longer provide that, so we paid extra charge to check in "early".

The apartment was neat with all amenities needed. The location near to almost everything one wants to visit in Sevilla. Great experience

Definitely not the best experience-we arrived to find trash in both barrels from the previous guest and bath mat and towels that looked used. Our unit had a terrace that was definitely not inviting-could use a deep clean! Hard part is there is no one at the location most of the time so email is the only option. Responded that they would send someone which never happened-claimed they did. Communication is definitely a problem! Cleanliness is important to me so I would never stay there again. The positives are it was spacious and in a pretty good location (a bit hard to find as it’s located behind a restaurant)

El hospedaje cumple con el horario de entrada y salida. Todo muy fácil de entender y tiene también un manual para entender en departamento. Muy cerca de varias atracciones de la ciudad.

Excellent location. Arrived at 1530 and wasn't allowed 1600 check in. Not enough blankets for everyone (family of 6), could've asked for more but didn't. AC was great!

Good hotel in very central location

Beautiful little apartment everything clean and is near city and all the good places to visit.

The team was great considering this was a last minute reservation at a late hour, they were very professional in communicating with us and making arrangements for us. My only suggestion is around cleaning, I think it can be improved. Thank you 🙏

Initially was hard to locate despite directions. Little more clarification would have helped. Also, could not reach anyone using whats app. Requested fresh towels and they were not given. Aside from those things stay was great. Place was clean

The location is very good but that is the only thing that is good about this place. Our room was so dirty and they never cleaned it even though we told them about the situation. There was a bee hive in the umbrella on our terrace, again we told them but they didn’t fix it. The staff are really irresponsible and will not lift a finger to do bare minimum. Our AC was bon functioning and even though we called their “emergency” line, no one came to fix it. It was 35c inside the room and with bees right outside our windows, we couldn’t even open them to get some air. They never offered a room change or any solution!!!! All and all one of the worst experiences I had at any type of accommodation.

Great location near all monuments and attractions. Nice and clean, attentive staff. Perfect for a family of four.
