太陽の塔や大聖堂が徒歩1〜2分圏内と、観光スポットに近いのがとても便利。 アパルトメントスタイルの為、部屋は十二分に広く、食器類も兼ね備えているので調理可能。 但し、歯磨きセットやシャンプー・リンス・ボディウォッシュ・ハンドソープは無い為持参要。

2回目の利用です。前回も今回もフロントの対応、立地の良さと快適さで大満足でした。 ただ後からチェックアウトした友人がキッチン台に置いてあった道具（コンビニ袋でラッピング）が紛失していたことに気付いたのですが、そのまま引き払ったそうです。留守中にごみを綺麗にしてくださったのは嬉しかったですが、なぜそれ以外の場所に手を付けられたのか少々疑問です。 あとはシャワーだけなので、バスタブがある部屋があれば嬉しいかなと思います。 紛失の件を除けば今回も大満足で、また次回も利用したいと思っています。

アパートタイプのお宿です。 便利な場所、部屋も広く、 キッチン付き洗濯機付き の 部屋でよかったのですが 、少し不具合のある部屋に当たってしまいました。 ※リビングのライトが切れかけで、チカチカする。バスルームのライトが数個きれていた。(残りのライトで過ごせたので、もういいやと思って過ごしました) ※ドライヤーが壊れてた 　これは困りました。スタッフは限られた時間しかレセプションにいないので、次の日に伝え、別のドライヤーを借りました。 日本と同じ感覚でシャワーを使うと、二人目からは、お湯が出なくなる確率が高いです。ヨーロッパは水が貴重だということを忘れてたので、気を付けないと いけないです 。 アパートタイプなので 、 キッチン 大きな冷蔵庫 洗濯機が部屋にあります 。 食器用洗剤アリ 、 キッチンペーパーとふきんもありました 。シャンプーボディジェル、石鹸、 歯ブラシはひとつだけありました。 洗濯用洗剤はなし。 とても便利な場所にあるので、観光もしやすいです。 トラムの乗り場も近いので、santa justa駅から近郊線とトラムで到着できました。 スタッフも気さくで、 市内地図をくれたりと親切でした ので、 お部屋の 不具合 がなければ 良かったなと思いました。

Convenient location for tourist and journey to/from airport and train station. All major tourist sites within 20mins walk. Property maintained and cleaned to good conditions. There are minor wear and tear which I’d wish was properly resolved before handing the property to me but overall not major. Communication and the rigidness of management are something I felt not balanced between hospitable and property operation effectiveness. Upon booking, we clearly agreed, black and white in writing, that I can place my suitcases at your reception when arriving early due to flight time and maintain normal check in time. Imagine this, after a long haul flight to a place I never been, only to find out there is no reception open (despite the photo at all major booking platforms frontages with your reception photo). I had to WhatsApp and only been told “no” to what have agreed and the only way possible is to pay extra. Communication with you on WhatsApp are only during working hour. Out of hour enquiry will only get responded the following day. Any additional request ended up possible with extra charge. Hence this is a good clean tidy property in great location. If you are able to go with all their rules and how the property is operated then good. If you need any sort of flexibility (dare not to mention above and beyond) and reluctant to pay more, then you will feel the same as my experience.

Good location, just off the main shopping street in the very centre of Seville and very close to the Real Alcazar. Reasonably clean and equipped. The apartment was in need of redecorating, scuffs on the walls and door frames. The terrace whilst a reasonable size again needed decorating.

Clean and cute apt. In a very central location walkable to all main tourist locations. Loved it can't wait to return .

Everything was excellent . Anabel was at the top of all. I definitely come back

Great location, apartment was functional. We stayed for 9 days and would have appreciated a better kitted out kitchen and more comfortable sofa. However, air con was excellent and staff responded to our questions quickly.

This was a lovely apartment in a great location for the local attractions. It was quite difficult to find in the dark on our first night. Perhaps some photos of the key pads would be useful and extra light by the door. The biggest disappointment was the terace which was surrounded by high walls so no view at all. Aircon worked well.

Place was good. Would have been nice to have had more than one wine glass especially since there were three of us. Coffee pods for each day would have been a bonus but they were kind enough to provide us with a few extra pods when asked.

Second time in Seville and really loved the first place we stayed, was worried this wouldn’t live up to the other hotel, but it did. Everything you need to cook and enjoy for the nights in. Just beautiful. The staff was AMAZING. Highly recommend!

Não tinha Água Quemte a Noite só pela manhã e à tarde . Porta da Frente estava com problema mas logo arrumou . A jovem Ana Bele e sempre muito prestativa e atenciosa sensacional.
