太陽の塔や大聖堂が徒歩1〜2分圏内と、観光スポットに近いのがとても便利。 アパルトメントスタイルの為、部屋は十二分に広く、食器類も兼ね備えているので調理可能。 但し、歯磨きセットやシャンプー・リンス・ボディウォッシュ・ハンドソープは無い為持参要。

2回目の利用です。前回も今回もフロントの対応、立地の良さと快適さで大満足でした。 ただ後からチェックアウトした友人がキッチン台に置いてあった道具（コンビニ袋でラッピング）が紛失していたことに気付いたのですが、そのまま引き払ったそうです。留守中にごみを綺麗にしてくださったのは嬉しかったですが、なぜそれ以外の場所に手を付けられたのか少々疑問です。 あとはシャワーだけなので、バスタブがある部屋があれば嬉しいかなと思います。 紛失の件を除けば今回も大満足で、また次回も利用したいと思っています。

アパートタイプのお宿です。 便利な場所、部屋も広く、 キッチン付き洗濯機付き の 部屋でよかったのですが 、少し不具合のある部屋に当たってしまいました。 ※リビングのライトが切れかけで、チカチカする。バスルームのライトが数個きれていた。(残りのライトで過ごせたので、もういいやと思って過ごしました) ※ドライヤーが壊れてた 　これは困りました。スタッフは限られた時間しかレセプションにいないので、次の日に伝え、別のドライヤーを借りました。 日本と同じ感覚でシャワーを使うと、二人目からは、お湯が出なくなる確率が高いです。ヨーロッパは水が貴重だということを忘れてたので、気を付けないと いけないです 。 アパートタイプなので 、 キッチン 大きな冷蔵庫 洗濯機が部屋にあります 。 食器用洗剤アリ 、 キッチンペーパーとふきんもありました 。シャンプーボディジェル、石鹸、 歯ブラシはひとつだけありました。 洗濯用洗剤はなし。 とても便利な場所にあるので、観光もしやすいです。 トラムの乗り場も近いので、santa justa駅から近郊線とトラムで到着できました。 スタッフも気さくで、 市内地図をくれたりと親切でした ので、 お部屋の 不具合 がなければ 良かったなと思いました。

Excelente opción, súper ubicación, limpieza, comodidad. Una delicia regresar de turistear y descansar en un lugar fresquito. Todo lo necesario en la cocina para una estancia cómoda. Enseres de baño de buena calidad. Ampliamente recomendable.

The apartment was spacious with access to many attractive places. However, the loud noise from the restaurant Casa Carmen below was excessively loud past 01:00 hours. Another negative was that we tried to call the apartment's after-hours emergency contact at least six times between 22:00 and 23:00, and no one answered the call. So why provide the number if no one will answer? Lastly, they offer early check-in and late check-out for low cost €. I did the early check-in, but when I wanted to do the late check-out, I couldn't because they said someone else was coming to the apartment. Bottom line: don't include it; it's better to say that you may not be able to do it unless you arrange it in advance. Inform the customer; that's all.

El departamento eta muy amplio y equipado. La ubicación es muy buena, recorres sevilla a pie desde el departamento. Sin duda volveria.

Great setup. 2 bedrooms are great. The horses going by are quite loud though.

Apartments are in a great location!…less than 5 minute walk to Cathedral and Alcazar Real Palace…many restaurants less than 10 minutes away…Triana is across the bridge about 12 minute walk…apartment was clean and AC worked well…family enjoyed our stay at AZZ Sevilla Apartamentos…thank you Ricardo and staff!

First of all, I’d like to thank the host Ricardo, ANabel Ruiz making sure we were settled in and checking in with us regularly. The hotel and location is even better than described with a fabulous view of the medieval wall and tower, to locate restaurants and Sevilla Palace and Cathedra, perfect for a family or just a couple who wants to get a real feel of Seville life and history. A 5 star location….. clean and quiet.! Definitely coming back and rebooking in the future!

The location was great right in the heart of Seville. Lots of food choices nearby all within walking distance. A short walk to Plaza de Espana, all the shopping, restaurants, the Riverwalk, Mercado de Triana And everything else. The unit was so spacious and had its very own balcony. The kitchen had everything if you wanted to cook and even had a clothes washer. So great and very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Larger than expected, the furniture and fittings were good, the bed is a full 2 metre continental. The bathroom is one of the best we've had anywhere. The Aircon is super efficient, we had to keep turning it off when we got too cold. Great location, walking distance to all of the manor sites, Alcazar, Cathedral etc. Staff were lovely. Only a couple of things that could be better. The shower is over a bath which has a curved bottom. Felt a bit unsafe getting in and out and there's nothing to hold on to. A grab handle on the wall would be helpful. It can also be noisy as there's a restaurant underneath with outside seating under the windows. When we arrived the door code didn't work but it was fairly quickly sorted over the phone. It was a little irritating as it was 11:30 at night. Nothing to do with the property but the pickup service recommended by AZZ let us down at the last minute, we had to get our own taxi at the airport. Overall I'd recommend the apartment.

The apartment is very nice and in a great location, but no one on site to deal with, so any issues, you are going through WhatsApp, like when our wifi went own. Everything in the area is perfect though for staying there. I just wish they had allowed us a later check out, as we sat in the bus terminal for 3 hours, after waiting for our uber, who couldn't find our address, and got drenched in a sudden downpour. When we left, there wasn't any cleaning crew yet, so it was a disappointing end to our stay there.
