Very beautiful and clean the room. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast fresh and delicious, good variety.

The check in was easy and fast. The room had a lot of amenities, was very clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The spa was very nice. The breakfast buffet was extensive and really good. The staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful hotel. Everything was great. I enjoyed it very much. This was my second time at this hotel, and I will stay again next time at the Grand Hotel Italia

Superhärligt hotell med allt vi önskade. Otroligt fint rum, välstädat. Generöst att man fick nyttja det härliga spaat hela tiden. Riktigt välutrustat gym, wow! God mat och jättebra frukost. Full pott! Återkommer gärna :)

Everything was great except the showers, there was some issues regulating the heat.

Excellent hotel, everything was very good. Clean room, delicious open buffet breakfast. Very helpful front desk staff. I enjoyed it very much.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans ce super établissement. La propreté de notre chambre ainsi que la qualité des équipements étaient plus qu’à la hauteur de nos espérances. Alena (à l’accueil) ainsi que Dan au spa, ont toujours été très accueillant avec nous. Ce séjour fut donc génial dans cet hôtel, que nous recommandons.

I stayed for three nights, and the room was cleaned twice. However, the cleaning mainly consisted of making the bed and replacing towels. On my first night, I had takeout pizza, and the box with leftovers remained on the table for my entire stay. I’m not sure why it wasn’t simply removed. The wristband system for the pool and swimming area felt a bit unnecessary—more convenient access for hotel guests would have been preferable. That said, the pool itself was nice, and the bar was a great addition. Overall, the customer service felt rather formal and lacked a personal touch. For example, I was scolded for not wearing a shirt in the lobby after leaving the pool, and takeout food could only be eaten in the room. While I understand these are standard rules, a more flexible approach that considers the environment would have been appreciated. Breakfast, however, was very good overall All in all, 7/10
