朝食は7時～とのことでしたが、早朝出発（5時半）を伝えたところ早めに朝食を準備して頂けていました。スコーンやコーヒー（持ち帰りカップ）も用意されていて、とても助かりました。 バスルームは新しくリノベーションされていましたが、ドアのたてつけが悪く（斜め？）閉まりませんでした。 ダブリンのホテル価格の高さからすると、このお値段でこのサービス、清潔さは満足できます。

部屋が広くていい。しかしシャワーの使い方がわかりにくかった。

Irish RailのHeuston station近くにあるホテルで、宿の近くには商店もあるので立地は良いと思います。Heuston stationの周辺自体がダブリンの繁華街よりは静かな感じなので店の数自体は多くはないですが、Luas(路面電車)も走っているので移動もあまり不自由はないと思います。空港からのアクセスもAirlink 747のバスの起終点なので、市内回って若干時間かかりますが1時間くらいで着きますので便利だと思います。 今までは市内のConnolly station近くに泊まっていましたが、宿代が高めな印象があったので今回初めて利用しました。割と値段からすると立地と広さ設備からすれば悪くないと思います。 バス・トイレも十分な広さがあって、非常にきれいでした。あと、朝食付きでシリアル系のものとスコーンが置いてあって、係の人に頼むとトーストを出してくれます。あとはフルーツと飲み物があったかと思います。 値段と立地を考えるとまた利用しても良いかなと思うホテルでした。

ルームキーカードが機能しなかったが、ロビーの人が速やかに対応してくれた。 チエックアウト時に領収書を後でメールしてくれるという話をレセプショニストにお願いしたが、5日経った現在でもレスがない。

ダブリン滞在の3泊利用。うち1泊はシングル後2泊はダブルルームを1人で。 ルアスからも近く、ホテル横にコンビニもあり便利。並びにパブも複数あります。ダブリンはホテルが高いのでコスパ良いと思います。コンチネンタルブレックファーストが無料でついていました。 残念な点は、シャワー室のシャワーが高く設定してあり、使いにくかった。連泊中、掃除機かけてもらえなかった〜食べこぼしがそのまま。でも、ホテルが高いダブリンでは満足コスパ良いホテルでした。

The hotel is marketed as 3-star and this is accurate. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, with a good shower. However, the radiators were on full blast when we arrived late at night, meaning that night's sleep was difficult, this was combined with the loud traffic from the nearby traffic light junction. The breakfast on offer however, was the most disappointing. As we didn't book directly we were to be charged €10 each for breakfast. This in itself was not a problem, however the breakfast on offer was extremely poor. A couple of small pastries, muffins, cheese and ham, was all that was available alongside standard cereal. This was not worth the money and it is highly suggested to visit local stores for a cheaper and better breakfast.

I just can't say enough about this place. It is like a cross between a hotel and a short term rental. The room is very spacious with a full kitchen. It within walking distance to both major train stations. I enjoyed using the fancy espresso machine but there is also a kettle for coffee and tea. There is a heated towel rack and a collapsible drying rack in the bathroom for your to do your own laundry. I even had a great view of the river.

Good small place. Conveniently close to downtown and a train station. If you're looking for a bed to sleep in and a shower to clean up in you can do worse.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Dublin. L’hôtel est propre et la chambre avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was nice. Rooms are hot and when you open the windows there is a ton of traffic noise. 25 minutes to Airport and has some great pubs around the corner.

Ha sido el hotel que más me ha gustado en Dublin, es hermoso, cálido y seguro. No hay parking, debes buscar o pagar el de la calle, es lo único malo.

Fiquei apenas 3 dias. Fui bem atendido pelos funcionários. O café da manhã era simples mas bem equilibrado. Numa possivel volta à Dublin considerarei ficar novamente no Phoenix.

Room was simple but acceptable, we had a tv with game shows available which was entertaining. The window was not sealed well in the bathroom so it was drafty. It was close to many shops and restaurants which was lovely.

Close to Hueston station to travel anywhere. Good location and price.

Excellent rooms. No bar or restaurant. Limited breakfast selection. I’d stay again. Walkable distance to city centre.

This is my third stay at the hotel. I like it for its location and its reasonable price. The staff are friendly and efficient. They offer a continental breakfast too. As to location, it is within easy walking distance of the Phoenix Park, the Dublin Zoo, the Barracks Museum and the Museum of Modern Art. The Hueston train station is nearby as well as the LUAS tram and various busses. There are several good restaurants also within walking distance. I have had excellent dinners at Ryan's just down the block and Mi Casa which is 4 or 5 blocks away. The three different rooms I stayed in were all clean. The mattresses were firm which I prefer. However, each shower had less water pressure than needed, in my opinion, for a good shower. The hotel location is good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, nothing fancy, and budget friendly.
