とても過ごしやすく良いホテル

4名のファミリールームは思いがけずマッターホルンビューでとても感激しました。ホテルまで少し上り坂ですが程良い運動になります。希望すればタクシーも呼べます。

駅から離れており、直前の急な坂道には息があがってしまいました。送迎をお願いしても良かったなあと感じました。ホテルスタッフの感じも良く快適に過ごせました。

屋根裏部屋　立っていられる所は中央のみ両サイドは頭がつかえた。トイレで二回頭をぶつけた. エレベータが４Ｆ　まで　私の部屋は　５Ｆ　なので　受付に戻り上げて貰った。 パソコンのプリントアウトをお願いしたらすごい剣幕で出来ないと怒鳴るように言われた。 どうしてもプリントをしたいと言ったら私のデーターをメールで送れと言われた。 そして挙句の果て１枚　０．５スイスフラン　と言われプリントを断念した。 ホテル代を清算済みと思っていた（他のホテルが全部清算済みなので）のでその旨を言ったら、 すごい剣幕で怒鳴られた、間違えた私が悪いのだが、最悪の気持になった。

中心地にも近くロケーションはよい。部屋からマッターホルンがみえればなおよかったのですが。

バスタブ、冷蔵庫がついています。 とても清潔で、ゆっくりできました。 朝ご飯もすごく美味しかったです。 フロントの方々もとても気持ちのよい素敵な方でした。

最上階の屋根裏のような部屋に宿泊しましたが、夜や早朝のマッターホルンがバルコニーから良く見えました。 このホテル自体が街の高い位置にあるため、部屋からマッターホルンは正面に綺麗に眺めることができます。 部屋に付随するバルコニーにでれば、綺麗な空気を一杯に吸って爽やかな気分になれます。 難点としては天井が低い事ですが、多分それは最上階のみに限る問題でしょう。 付属するレストランも値段は結構しますが、コースの味や接客共に満足できました。 朝食もバイキングですが、バラエティーに富んでいてました。 ツェルマットの駅からも近く、色んな方にオススメできます。

Lindo hotel, habitaciones cómodas y cálidas. Personal amistoso siempre atento a guiarte para que obtengas lo mejor de Zermatt.

Clean room, had everything we needed and breakfast.

Absolutely lovely hotel, the staff was incredible, room was exactly as described with a wonderful view and the location was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay if your planning on visiting.

Pros: *Room price, cheap for Zermatt standards. *Hotel taxi service for CHF 5 pp. *Breakfast buffet offered, though selection limited. *Clean room, chalet styled. Cons: *Location - NOT near the train station. It is a purely uphill walk and it is grueling with luggage. *Noisy, paper thin walls. *No hot food at breakfast. I was disappointed by this. I ate chocolate croissants and yogurt each day. No pancake/waffle making option, scrambled eggs, or bacon. *Outdated. *Staff not accommodating. No microwave. Acted surprised that we asked for an extra pillow.

My recent stay at the Holiday Hotel in Zermatt was nothing short of magical. What truly sets the Holiday Hotel apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming, Their flexibility was particularly impressive; when we encountered flight issues, the hotel made it incredibly easy for us to change our stay dates via email, responding promptly and resolving the situation with zero stress. The team even took the time to advise us on our finances, thoughtfully reminding us to pay in the local currency (CHF) rather than Canadian Dollars (CAD) on our credit cards to ensure we received the best possible exchange rate. Another standout moment was our final day; we had an early departure before the regular breakfast hours. Without us even asking, the front desk arranged with the kitchen to prepare on-the-go breakfast and lunch packs for our journey. It is these small, proactive gestures that turn a good stay into an unforgettable one.

Unique.. very helpful and polite

The hotel placed us in an attic room while we booked a standard double room. The second morning when we asked for changing room, first we were told no more room, then told us we had to checked out at 10am and rechecked in at the afternoon. Since we had day plans, it made us switch rooms impossible. The attic room was way too low and we (at average heights 5’4 and 5’8) kept bumping heads even blended back all the time during two days staying.

Helpful and friendly staff. Decent location, quicker leaving than getting there due to quite a steep hill. We stayed in a room where the slope in the roof interfered with the shower which meant you couldn't use it conventionally - the only issue we had in an otherwise very pleasant stay
