スタッフが親切で対応が早かったです

知り合いが近所に住んでいた為、選びました。 車が無いと電車や送迎サービスなどの交通手段は無いので、宿泊には向きません。 ゆっくり宿泊する場所としては良いと思います。 インターネットは電波が弱かったです。 病院の側なので、外で朝食を食べている時などに、時々大きな音がしていました。

ブリスベン空港国際線ターミナルよりタクシー40Ａドル レセプションの案内は親切丁寧 部屋は広く、キッチン設備完璧 食事は近隣（徒歩5分）のスポーツクラブが利用できる 空港へのタクシーは、朝6時でも待たずに拾えた

Good location for our needs. Check in process quite time consuming. Stay was overall great and would stay there again. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

This is a lovely Property to stay and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly (especially Liam). The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that we stayed in room 310 and the AC unit is shared with the room next to us. The 2 rooms cannot be on different temps so we melted whilst the man next door had his AC on 25°. Maintenance tried to get him to compromise by offering an extra blanket but some people are just difficult. We had to leave early and staff were great with their decision to refund 50% of the unused nights. This was greatly appreciated. Overall a lovely property and we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are slightly dated, but very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

The accessible apartment was beautiful and everything the picture said it would be.

We never actually stayed at this facility as we had to cancel our initial booking because of a family emergency. We understand it is a great place and maybe we can utilise it sometime in the future

Very spacious room with everything we needed. Secured parking was great. Convenient central location close to shopping centre and supermarket.
