スタッフが親切で対応が早かったです

知り合いが近所に住んでいた為、選びました。 車が無いと電車や送迎サービスなどの交通手段は無いので、宿泊には向きません。 ゆっくり宿泊する場所としては良いと思います。 インターネットは電波が弱かったです。 病院の側なので、外で朝食を食べている時などに、時々大きな音がしていました。

ブリスベン空港国際線ターミナルよりタクシー40Ａドル レセプションの案内は親切丁寧 部屋は広く、キッチン設備完璧 食事は近隣（徒歩5分）のスポーツクラブが利用できる 空港へのタクシーは、朝6時でも待たずに拾えた

I think the cleaning fairy forgot about room 106 but otherwise all was satisfactory.

Wish I’d known that the balcony we got was going to be a closed in non inviting area rather than one with a view. That was quite disappointing but overall the staff were very nice & extremely helpful

We stay here every time my husband has a hospital visit. It’s clean, spacious and within walking distance to the hospital. The staff are friendly and accommodating and always check in by phone the day before. Breakfast is simple but very convenient and much appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have someone in hospital or just staying on the Northside of Brisbane.

Convenient, with Lift out of order most of the time I was there and being on the 3rd floor this was most inconvenient.

We were visiting family at the hospital, it was so convenient. We could walk with ease. Coffee and dining options very close by.

Property very close to the hospital if needing family member to stay near you. Only negative is the lift broke down on a Saturday, stairs 4 floors up is a bit hard if you recently had surgery or had a walker or wheelchair. I had had surgery

Good location and great size room!

Very conveniently close to 2 hospitals . Most rooms very quiet .Some rooms could do with a bathroom update. But overall rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Prices fluctuate greatly if there is something on in the area. Check in is usually quick and staff are friendly and helpful . Large shopping centre close by .

Absolutely loved the staff member in reception the night of my booking. She was amazing and kind through checking us in while my special needs son was tired/overwhelmed and having a meltdown. She really did make checking in a nice experience with her positive personality and ability to get us checked in fast. Hands down amazing, your lucky to have her! Thank you

The property was close to hospitals and also major shopping complex

Stayed due to partner having surgery at St Vincents Hospital, only 100m away. Staff suggested I park my car in the visitors car park prior to, and after, check out and offered use of the lounge. Being able to obtain cereal and fruit for breakfast a bonus. lovely accommodation at a reasonable price.

The receptionist when we arrived tired after a day at the hospital and already left another accommodation which was dirty and not aged persons friendly, and the young girl at your reception was exceptional absolute treasure you have there.

Good condition very helpful staff . Very clean, good size rooms and very close to access hospital. Free parking
