良かったけど夜に水が全部止まりました。部屋は文句ないですし、場所も便利で良いとおもいます。朝ご飯も美味しい。

プネーは3度目ですが、こちらに初めて宿泊しました。 立地が良く、徒歩5分圏内にShreyas, Asha, Vaishaliなど、安くて有名なレストランが多数あります。また、リクシャーで街中に行くにも便利です。スタッフも良く教育されており、皆親切です。 難点を挙げれば、建物中央が吹き抜けになっているため、夜中、明け方まで2階のレストランでの雑音が聞こえてくることです。また、隣室との壁が少々薄いようにも思いました。 最終日、ホテルから空港までのタクシーは配車サービスのOLAで呼んでくれ、約350ルピーで行けました。

Despite its newness and high cost there were problems with cleaning and professional service. The wash basin clogging occurred several times. Despite reporting it several times it was not properly repaired. On telephone complimentary pick-up service was assured but it was not provided. Communication among the staff seems to be lacking.

Facility is 80 % OK, but they can not keep cleam and also cannot maintein everything in good condition. Very bad !

ホテルの構造が吹き抜けになっているため、１Fのレストランでの話声や食器のの音が建物の中で反響して、室内まで入ってきてしまい、何か落ち着かない感じでした。部屋自体は清潔で問題はありません。ただ、ホテル情報にあるマッサージはありませんでした。

清潔感があり接客も非常によかった。残念だったのは、Wifi環境が悪いこと。WifiのIDをもらって利用しましたが ほとんどつながらなく、出張での宿泊では支障をきたしました。Wifi環境さえよければ完璧なホテルです。

いろいろと時間はかかりますが、ホテルの方には親切にしていただきました。バスタブがあるのですが、お湯をためてもぬるすぎて入れません。10日滞在する間、何度かお願いしたのですが、だめでした。ただ、「ぬるい」と伝えたら、バケツいっぱいに熱湯を持ってきてくれたスタッフがいました。その気持ちはうれしかったです。それから、キッチンがあるというので、このホテルにしたのですが、実際はキッチンはありませんでした。

Great property in Pune with all facilities

Comfortble and clean room. adequate space with queen bed, desk, chairs. Bathroom was a good size with hot water. Varied menu with indian and multi cuisine. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The room was very good and the hotel is in very good condition. The breakfast and the serving staff was very good. The one big negative was that their Wifi did not work through our stay and the front desk staff were least interested in helping us out. Dont know if it was an one off but for us not having a local data connection, the lack of Wifi was a big negative

Pleasant staff

The breakfast was not the greatest. Everyday same thing. The fruits are soggy and not very fresh and poor quality. The salads are not fresh. Everyday the lettuce leaves are wilted and soggy. I did advise the restaurant manager but it was still the same.

There was a lot of noise from hotel staff during the nighttime making it difficult to sleep. The ladies on the reception desk were not very courteous when I checked in. For these reasons I feel the hotel misses the mark of being a high end establishment. Despite being double occupancy my room was only set up for single occupancy, so that was also an area for improvement.

The room felt neglected. There wasn’t a safety lock and the sheets were in poor condition.
