Beds quite uncomfortable and very noisy environment. Staff really arranging. In the complex of snow world.

This place is awesome for ski and snowboard athletes, enthusiasts, and beginners. Offering year round slopes and even classes- you won’t find anything else like this place!!! Unfortunately my room had a stained couch and bed. The shower floor also appeared dirty. On the other hand, the room was comfortable and roomy enough for our family. The staff was extremely friendly and helped make our stay memorable.

Helt ok för en övernattning, men konstigt badrum med vasken bredvid bäddsoffa och toalett med frostad glasdörr, inga sänglampor eller sängbord till en av sängarna. Bra frukost!

Business hotel

It is fine to stay for one night for snowboarding training. After all, it’s the only hotel located next to Snowworld. However, I was quite surprised by how basic the room facilities were. It didn’t even have a water kettle. I had to go downstairs and ask the "new" receptionist for hot water, and eventually got some from their coffee machine at 1:00 a.m. Ps. The restaurants are not thsy bad like those comments on Google

Ligging van hotel dichtbij de skibaan was fijn. Vooraf was ons niet bekend dat het mogelijk was om een skipas voor 2 dagen te kopen. Een skipas voor 4 uur mag bijvoorbeeld voor 2 uur gebruikt worden op dag 1 en de overige 2 uur op dag 2. Hier kwamen we te laat achter. Bedden waren erg zacht/zakken door. ‘s Nachts om 1:30 wakker door personeel dat buiten, onder ons raam, glas in de container aan het gooien was. Schuifdeur bij douche en toilet ging heel stroef open en dicht. Weinig privacy bij douche en toiletgebruik door ramen met weinig folie erop.

The place looks nice, but there is a lot of noise from other rooms/guests. The room was too warm. The double bed was in fact 2 single beds pushed together, both very narrow, and each with an individual and very narrow duvet. The shower/toilet cubicle arrangement with shared sliding door is very strange. The room is dimly lit.

Rioollucht bij hotel ingang, sterke frituur lucht die in de kamer drong, handdoeken roken sterk naar chloor, gedeelde schuifdeur wc en badkamer.. dus je kan niet beide tegelijk gebruiken.. weinig privacy in Junior suite, gehorig. Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt was ok, parkeren was goed.

Slecht onderhouden gezinskamer. Onlogische indeling. Slecht bed en een lekkage in het dak. De hele nacht vielen de druppels van de plafond.

The property fell short of our expectations as we were guests and booked (pricey) week-end classes. We were not provided the room to change into our ski costumes until and I received stern replies when asking for 30 minutes extra in our room in the morning. Room is noisy from the corridor doors and loud talking, until late. Do not open the windows for air as it's noisy outside with the air conditioning for snow. The parking is payable on top of your room and ski classes. We will find a better place if we come another time.
