I read some of the reviews and was worried but actually could not fault it. From check-in to check out everything was great! Yes, the walls are a bit thin but it’s hotel living, so expected some noise. The brunch is amazing - hot breakfast, continental breakfast, fruit, smoothies, great coffee but not great breakfast tea (maybe bring some Tetley tea bags if you are a Tea-Jenny!) I can see that it would get busy in the peak season but for a few days everything was great. Staff in dining room were particularly nice and did not judge if you had a vanilla slice/Danish pastry on the same plate as your eggs and bacon! 😳 250 yards to the beach and, if the sun shone, all you need. The resort is predominately German but we didn’t see any hassle from stag/hen do’s and if you fancy a good night out, Cafe Bar De Zaak had German karaoke which everyone sung along to! La Rosa and bar 1955 were also great choices for either a slow sundowner or a full meal.

Essen war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig ich muss ehrlich sagen das ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen würde. Für Partygäste sicherlich ausreichend jedoch auch außerhalb der Saison leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wir wussten das wir keinen Luxus erwarten können jedoch sind wir bessere Standarts von Hotels dieser Kategorie gewohnt.

Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht gereinigt, die Betten eine Katastrophe. Das Frühstück war sehr gut für ein 3 Sterne Hotel.

Upon arrival, our rooms floor was still wet and the fusty smelling. The sockets beside the bed did not work and we later found out that our rooms hot water didn't work. When we complained about the hot water issue, a service personal was sent while we went to eat. Upon our return still no hot water and we're told to just 'wait' a few minutes. We did this still no hot water. Location is very noisy at all day, the only positive is you can eat 8:30-1:30 free brunch

Grundsätzlich ein solides Hotel.. aber es war so unglaublich laut und hallend und kein Personal hat was dagegen gesagt.. sehr schade. Die Zimmer sind etwas aus den Jahren gekommen und die Betten sind leider sehr hart und durchgelegen..

El recepcionista cubano.( No recuerdo si nombre) Un encanto de personas. Las chicas de limpieza encantadoras. El desayuno riquísimo 😋. Muchas variedad.

Zimmer wurde 3 Tage in Folge nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten mehrmals darauf hinweisen, dass wir frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier benötigen. Für einen Aufenthalt am Ballermann o.k., aber für alles andere empfehle ich eine andere Unterkunft!

La habitación estaba limpia aunque la nevera estaba desconectada. No dimos cuenta a las horas al no tener el agua que llevábamos fría. También nos costó mucho conectar nuestro teléfono a la televisión a pesar de seguir los pasos. Estaría bien que hubiera algún tutorial de como conectar tus dispositivos. Ya que no fue sencillo. El secador no funcionaba. Por lo demás, el hotel es muy acogedor. La bañera, un poco antigua pero el agua salía caliente y con presión. Su jabón huele muy bien a naranja. Todo un detalle. Me gustó poder hacer el check in con la app y con el corner de allí y no tener que esperar la cola. El personal muy amable. La comida estaba bien también.
