Fast check in and complete amenities. Staff was also very accommodating. Cr has bidet 👍🏽. Location is near a convenience store and several other food places are walkable during the day. Easy to book grab as well to go to other places.

Spacious rooms with clean and homey interiors. Their beds were two queen-size mattresses, paired with soft, cotton linens and comfy pillows.

Not all rooms have bidet, hindi gaano kalakasan ang aircon sa ibang rooms that I booked. I booked 5rooms and ilan lang ang maayos ang AC. Kudos sa staffs.

We had our wedding prep here. No hassle experienced from check in to check out. Rooms are are very spacious that we were not able find to all hotels we visited for ocular.

Booked 2 Bedroom Suite for me, my boyfriend and my two kids. Pros: -Huge bedroom with balconies overlooking the pool. (the hotel I’ve been booking before with one or two bedroom suites is nothing compared to how big the room here is) -My kids enjoyed the pool. -Cold AC -Polite and friendly staff. Cons: -Limited parking -I experienced what other travelers has been saying about “bed bugs” or I don’t know what those are but they were “small invisible things biting us under the comforters”. Next thing I know, I was already scratching everywhere! It doesn’t affect our whole stay though because we still managed to enjoy and relax. -The slowest WIFI connection ever. A themed-hotel in Monumento is 10x faster than what this hotel is offering. For the free breakfast, sad to say, we chose to order out as the kids don’t want to go down to the hotel restaurant. Since my kids loved our 2d1n stay, and I was able to finish my work (using my own personal hotspot, of course) before dozing off, I will give this hotel 4 stars. For the value, it is worth it, really, a home away from home! We don’t need to go to Pasig or Mandaluyong all the way from Malabon for a hotel with multiple bedroom suites anymore. We’ll totally go back here that I’m sure. 👌🏻

I stayed here on new year's eve to work, to avoid the noise of the occasion. The fridge was broken. I had to call twice to have it replaced. There was no coffee/tea maker contrary to what was listed as room inclusion. The electric kettle has to be requested. However, during my stay, they ran out of the electric kettle so the free coffee in the room was not used. The cable TV channel was very limited. The closet was dusty, you can see the dust flying around when the closet light turns on. You can guest the age of the hotel on the bedsheet color, not very white. Wifi was the worst. 0.65mbps download speed was the max that I got. I had to use my mobile / rather just to get a better internet connection.

Room is spacious. staffs are accommodating. room is clean that is why I regularly book this hotel for our photoshoots and meetings. Been here more than 10 times.

•First thing I experienced was, I have a hard time entering the room, because there’s a problem with the door keys. •No bidet. •Poor Wi-Fi connection or none at all. •Appliances not working. (Ex. Electric kettle, lamp shade w/o a bulb)

The rooms was spacious. My kids was able to play around the room and were able to enjoy the outdoor pool. Meal during breakfast was great. We had a relaxing weekend in our stay with la breza

While the room is big. My main problem is the cleanliness of the suite. The sofa is dusty, the floor is sticky and the Television is not working. Not to mention that the receptionist is kept on reminding us about the curfew hours of our visitors.

air conditioner is working but the room is not getting cold, almost at all. the bathtub sink cover didn't work. still a nice stay, nonetheless.

The rate is very affordable yet the room is like a 3 star hotel. Over all for me is ok. They just need to improve on how they transact their incidental deposit. They need 2weeks banking days if you will use your credit card for incidental deposit and the ATM is so far from the hotel. Lucky we have cash that day.

My room, same as most of the review here smells liked a damped carpet dried inside the room, I had to spray the entire room, with my perfume tondefeat the smell. It was actually dirty, I'm barefooted and just noticed as I lay down the bed that my sole are all black. It was spacious, but the bath tub is clogged. It wouldn't flush the water out thus you are stucked with stagnant water in the tub.. kelangan ko pang tabuin plat itapon sa bowl.. hassle pre.. the breakfast is ok nmn but very few lng lang selection mo..it's single serve not buffet...

Carpet on the room’s floor is dirty. It seems like it hasn't been vacuum cleaned for a long time.
