The room were large, installed microwave, washing machine, iron etc, so you need to recognize this hotel as apartment. Housekeeper knocked my room 8:40am on Sunday morning, sometimes putting used dishes/glasses on tables and no clean tables, but some staffs are very nice. Very late for registering Expedia points compared with other hotels, still provisional grants for early April stays.

Room and staffs are very good, but if you want to enjoy nice breakfast, I never recommend this hotel. Staffs are not so diligent, foods had not been ready before opening hour, and "Japanese like foods" were horrible, cold and old hard rice and cold miso soup. No Japanese eats Sushi from breakfast!

Always enjoy nice stay, friendly good staffs and laundry in the room, but breakfast has been horrible as usual. It is said to start breakfast at 06:30 but always not being ready at opening hour, less than half of foods being ready. It used to have capable supervisor of restaurant but recently only staffs, service level hot worse. Be care, no Japanese foods has served.

Quality of breakfast, especially Japanese foods were terrible, like feedstuck. Cold white rice, no any other Japanese side dishes, don`t say " We serve Japanese Breakfast"...

広くて快適

ちょっとお隣の部屋との壁が薄いようで、生活音が聞こえますが、清潔で、朝ごはんも結構充実してました。

閑静な場所にあり、非常にくつろぐことができました。フィラデルフィア中心地からUberで３０USD程度ですのでアクセスも良いと言えます。

滞在型のホテルなので、広くて清潔で快適でした。キッチン、洗濯機があり、大きな冷蔵庫があるのは、買い物後にとても便利でした。

長期滞在には素晴らしいファシリティです。日本人多いです。 場所は比較的安全なところにあって、便利なところです。

This was a very nice hotel with mainly friendly staff. Room was decent size with small kitchen and washer and dryer. Breakfast was okay. Could have morw cooked food but had lots of baked goods. Location was perfect and felt safe. My only negative would be that the hotel does not have a concierge and there is not any goo d tourist info for visitors.

The staff is fantastic. The buffet breakfast had several options. It was easy to get an Uber to travel to restaurants and Avenue Paulista. Lots of green space. Grocery store is within walking distance.

This is not a hotel. I pre paid in hotels.com and after 30 minutes trying with a security guard I had to reserve a hotel at midnight. It is managed by a clueless company that is asking me to check in today when clearly it was the night of yesterday. Most probably it is a poorly programmed booth. They should sell these in Airbnb and not in hotels.com because it is a very frustrating experience. I pre paid and could not use it. Please be very careful.
