Die Zimmer sind nicht auf dem neusten technischen Stand. Hotel ist aber sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt (Südseite wohl etwas laut wegen der Gleise), sehr gute Anbindung an ÖPV und ein exzellentes Frühstück.

The hotel is in a good location and was well connected to the city centre and is close to a supermarket. Unfortunately, what let this hotel down was the facilities and poor customer service. Upon arriving, the room assigned to us had a broken bathroom door and the light was not working. They changed the room but there was hairs left from the previous guest on the pillow. There was also no WiFi working at this hotel and staff weren't really helpful to resolve this

Breakfast was very good. Bar staff were very nice. My problem was the bedroom. The single bed sheets were too small - not wide or long enough, so every time you moved, the sheets moved with you. The room was very hot and there was no fan. I think you should also put notices in the corridors requesting guests are quiet at night when arriving back to their rooms.

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights. Room was nice and cozy, bed was comfy, room and bathroom was spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t had any breakfast at the hotel but it looked yummy. Restaurant and bar have a good choice of tasty foods and locally crafted beer. It took us about 15min to get to city centre by tram. Highly recommend

Utrolig varmt på rum, i tilleg til å bli vekket av noen med motorsag rett på utsiden av hotellet ca 07:30 flere av dagene

Ett tre-stjärnigt hotell, varken mer eller mindre. God frukost-buffé. Något hårda sängar.

Very good reasonably priced room and restaurant. The 25 minute drive to airport, at times congested, is only negative.

Bardzo przyzwoity i czysty hotel, mile polozenie wsrod zieleni chociaz to centrum miasta. W pokoju wszystko co potrzeba,zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty itp.Polecam restauracje: jedzenie najwyzszej klasy, pieknie zaaranzowane na talerzu. Byl to juz moj drugi pobyt w tym hotelu co rowniez swiadczy ze chetnie sie tu wraca.

Also, alles war meistens gut. In dem Familienzimmer ist sofa nicht super gemuetlich fuer schlaffen, auch im Bettzimmer ist ein Bett nicht gross. Hotel ist einfach zu finden, auch sind da viele Geschaefte nebenbei.

Der Service im Restaurant war gut und auch die Freundlichkeit! Die Musik im Hotel ließ meine Schwester und mich erst gegen Mitternacht schlafen, was wir eigentlich schon gegen 22:00 Uhr tun wollten. Mein Gespräch an der Rezeption gegen 23:00 Uhr verlief leider negativ. Die Musik sei bis Mitte Nacht gebucht. Man bot mir Ohrstöpsel an. Bei unserer Abreise am 07.10., zeigte die Mitarbeiterin keine Reaktion! Generell wenig Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption! Keinerlei Begrüßung bei unserer Anreise! Mein Bettlaken war viel zu kurz und zu knapp bemessen! Hatte ich auch der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Die Mitarbeiter kamen uns desinteressiert vor. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

In my room there were two narrow beds, I haven’t slept on them for 30 years, and they are very creaky, you wake up every time you roll over. The blanket is warm, as for June, it's hot, and it's also noisy to sleep with the window open, trains constantly pass nearby, there is no air conditioning in the room. There is a wi-fi signal in the room, but there is no Internet, although the Internet works near the reception. The TV on the wall is very small, monitors are usually bigger now. They charged PLN 30 for parking, although it was written in the hotel description that parking was free. I regret that I stayed at this hotel, I was tired and unsatisfied in the morning

spent in this hotel only one night and it was very good experience . Its excellent location near Airport and other places i had to go to . I could leave my luggage there with no problem before I checked in as it was too early . I haven’t try any food as I had to leave very early in the morning . The only thing I would say it was quite loud in the middle of the night as I could hear some voices , laugh and heavy steps above my room and when I had my window opened . I think there was some school trip students enjoying themselves a bit too much although I had a pretty comfortable double bed .

Nice clean hotel with refurbished rooms. Coffee and water provided in the room. However desk service was slow and they gave me wrong room. I paid for double bed but received two small beds in twin room. I arrived at midnight very tired so I didn't go down to reception to change the room.

In der Beschreibung wurde mit Deutschsprachkenntnis geworben. Es konnte im Hotel und Restaurant keiner ein Wort Deutsch nur Eng.-Pol. Rezeption war sehr distanziert.

Hotel schludny, pokoje ok ale lazienki starego typu. Ogolnie czysto ale podczas sprzatania pokoi zostalo to wykonane pobieznie. Warto jednak z niego skorzystac

Sehr Laut in der Nachtruhe,keine Schlaf. Laute Musik (Hohzeit ) unmöglich sich auszuruhen.
