Room okay, not too small. Just right for 4 of us. Location very strategic.

Hotelnya cukup luas dan nyaman serta mendapatkan balkon pribadi, peralatan juga lengkap dan ada lemari luas terpisah, meja masak juga terpisah, walaupun desain dan furniture terlihat sudah cukup lama akan tertapi semuany berfungsi dengan baik.

This hotel is really have a good location. Very close to Iriyaguchi Gate to Ueno Station for JR line, and also close to Inaricho station if you wanna go to Ginza Line or Asakusa. It 's pretty old building and interior but we had everything that we need for our stay. A little bit improvement in cleaning will be very good.

Helpful English speaking staff. Spacious room although many hotel rooms in Ueno are usually cramped. You need to cross three big intersections to reach this hotel from Iriyaguchi exit of jr ueno Station, although it 's relatively a straight baggage-friendly path.

The overall service and facilities were good however the room was small.

I stayed for 5 nights and it was satisfying. Cleaning service cleaned my room one time only since I stayed for more than 4 nights. English speaking receptionist, free amenities in front of the reception. Comfy for solo traveler. Clean bathroom with DHC toiletries. The location was excellent, in the heart of Ueno, connected by Ueno Station and Iriya Station.

โรงแรมสะอาดดี อยู่ใกล้ สถานี รถไฟ เดินไปไม่ไกล พนักงานเอาใจใส่ คงไม่เล็กเกินไป สำหรับราคานี้ มีอ่างให้แช่น้ำอุ่นด้วย

the room is more wider than others hotel. and also easy to find. near to the station. everything is ok 😊
