言われてみればベルエポック…な感じだが、上品さはなく、庶民派のがさつなホテル。フロントにはたいてい誰もいない（ベルを鳴らして呼ぶ）し、内扉のないエレベーターも時々止まる。しかし、逆にそのほっとかれる感じが過ごしやすい。 駅から歩くと20分ほどかかるから、バスを利用すると便利。12番のバスで4つ目のニーデック橋手前の停留所で下車。

古い建物の設備を最大限に快適に過ごせるように改装してある。クラシックな内装もエレガントで和むが、部屋は狭いので、気をつけ無いとあちこちにぶつかりそう。 スタッフは、プチホテルらしい親しみやすさで、チェックアウトも融通を聞かせてくれる。

The staff were excellent, both helpful and efficient. Unfortunately we arrived during a heatwave and the hotel clearly isn’t geared for hot weather. To be fair, they had put a fan in the room, but it was of little use. The worst thing was the mattress toppers on the bed. I think they are made of sponge and absorb body heat, therefore you get hotter the longer you lie on them.

베른 시내에서 관광하기 너무 좋은 위치에 자리잡고 있습니다. 호텔 소개에는 엘레베이터 없음이라 되어 있었는데 엘레베이터가 있으니 망설이지 마시고 예약하세요. 너무 더운 날씨라서 그런지 선풍기를 방에 배치해주셔서 너무 쾌적하게 보냈습니다. 직원의 친절함이 최고구요.

Hotel was well maintained and had an excellent location. Location was about equidistant from Bear Park and the Train Station - and directly in the middle of the old town. Other than the fact that most shops aren't open on Sunday (which of course the hotel cannot control), we didn't have any issues!

Bien situé en vieille ville de Berne, l'hôtel Belle époque porte bien son nom. Combinaison de vieille époque et modernisme. A recommander !

In der Innenstadt gelegen die in Bern sehr viele Geschäfte bietet. Lage daher gut. Frühstücksangebot bescheiden.

Very nice place to stay when passing through to travel. Near many shops and the river. Easy to walk around. Something to note is that you have to park in a parking garage if you have a car with you.

A lovely hotel on a perfect neighborhood marred seriously by a huge disconnect regarding payment. Until I het home next week and cam review my credit card statements from August I wont know what happened but my Hotels.com app said I had paid and the hotel insisted I did not Too bad because the rest of the stay was fine

The view from the room was overlooking the old town was lovely. Lots of shopping and cafes right outside the door and the bus stop was nearby. At night it was very quiet.

Loved my room. I was so cosy & comfortable.

The perfect hotel to explore Bern from. We just walked out of the hotel and were able to walk everywhere.
