22時頃のチェックインにもかかわらずオーナーさんは待って頂き、重いスーツケースを部屋まで運んでいただきました。朝食も丁寧な料理でとても美味しくいただきました。

清潔でとても良い。朝食が美味しい。ロケーションはダウンタウンから少し離れているため不便。

ホストは非常に優しく、部屋も清潔でした。部屋からの眺めも最高でした。朝食の時間よりも前にホテルを出発する必要があったのですが、相談したところパンやフルーツなどの朝食を準備してくれました。

湖畔側の部屋からはクイーンズタウンの美しい湖と山の景色が楽しめる。部屋は清潔できもちがいい。キングサイズのベッドは広くていいのだが、その分他の空間が少なく、大きめのスーツケースを開くのに難儀した。また、部屋の照明は暗め。朝食は卵料理が多種あり、美味しい。ホテルの場所は繁華街から10分ほどの登りだか、夜飲んで帰っても安全な宿泊施設も多い住宅街。駐車スペースもあり。年末でホテルが高いシーズンだったので、一泊3万円くらいのダブルベッドルームはリーズナブル？なのかな。

到着時、フロントに従業員はいませんでした。従業員の部屋をノックしても反応なし。フロント横に記載の外線電話番号にダイヤルしてもなかなか、繋がらず、繰り返していると従業員の方と、コンタクトがとれ、漸く部屋の鍵をもらう事が出来ました。気なる点としては、部屋の扉の鍵を閉めるのにコツがいる。部屋は狭い。また、他部屋とベランダが繋がっている事。良い点は、従業員の方の愛想が良い。朝ご飯はまあまあ美味しかったです。

街から少し離れているかと思いましたが、徒歩10分ほどで夕食をとるレストランが集まるところへ行かれます。 清潔で、朝ごはんも充実していました。

Great place with a fantastic breakfast. The owners really know how to cook! Conveniently located and a short walk to the city center and access to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views from the deck.

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoy the motel, cozy and comfortable room, and owners are pretty friendly.

Staff personable and helpful

Property and furnishings are a little dated and surroundings on property a bit untidy. However the service was very good. Location is good, had some awesome views of lake and mountains. Felt about right for what we paid.

The manager was so welcoming. Loved our stay. Easy walk into town a bit of an uphill walking back. Highly recommended.

Deborah was a great hostess and went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful! Our room was neat, clean and the furnishings were new and in great shape. The breakfast was delicious - we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent & friendly service and was given choice of rooms. The place seemed a little worn and room was tight on space. Needs new hair dryer and heater in bathroom

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Attraktionen waren super. Die Rezeption hat auch die Buchung von Tischen in den Restaurants und für die Queenstown Gondel für uns vorgenommen. Also Rundumservice

Clean and well-equipped room in a small hotel. It was nice that the hotel wasn't quite on the main road but quite close to it. We enjoyed our 2-night stay here. Staff was helpful.

A great place to stay. Really great service. The receptionist/cook/cleaner was the best! So lovely. Beautiful view. A little noisy but not too bad. Good breakfast. Recommend this place.
