Location is convenient. Staffs are warm full. Facilities are well managed.

Freundlicher Service, ausgiebiges Frühstück vom Buffet und weitere Speisen (diverse Eierspeisen, Porridge etc.) Saubere Zimmer mit mega Terrasse, von der Straße bekommt man nichts mit, es ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen wieder.

Tudo muito bom. Só acho que o Box de banho deveria ter uma porta pra água não se espalhar pelo banheiro e iluminar melhor o banheiro pq é muito difícil para maquiar!

Great location, very clean rooms though somewhat cheaply and sparsely decorated for a supposed 5-star hotel. Breakfast offering was average compared to similar hotels in Portugal. We were on 3rd floor in new section of hotel and the street/alley noise was substantial into the early hours. I’d rate this hotel closer to a 4-star experience though the welcome and front desk staff is exceptional!

Shiny outside, Rotten core. Stay somewhere else. I travel to Europe multiple times a year. I stayed at two other hotels in Portugal on this particular trip. Same procedure everywhere. Pictures of the passports, confirm payment for the room and incidentals, sign. My flight was early in the morning. My companion's was later in the day. She stopped at the desk as a courtesy to let them know that they could clean the room. Their response was to hold her and make her pay for the room and incidentals even though it was already taken care of. They humiliated her for almost 5 hours. Of course she was embarrassed at her treatment, and panicked that she was going to miss her flight. Her credit card was frozen because of the random international charge. She was reduced to years. She managed to secure all but 250 Euro through friends back home until finally they used my credit card for the balance. I have never even heard of a hotel with such blatant disregard for hospitality or basic human kindness. They took distinct pleasure In hurting a person when they had the ability to satisfy themselves the whole time. They just chose not to. During our stay, we couldn't figure out why something was just off. The staff was either smug and callous or operating out of fear. It's clear that this is a foundational culture issue that will pollute your experience. I would highly recommend you choose somewhere else to stay.
