Location is good, 2-3 mins walk from train station. At the Main Street. Strategic. Room is clean and view from balcony is simply dreamy. Comes with afternoon tea with simple coffee/tea and pastry. Highly recommended hotel.

We got lucky that we are able to book our room before the hotel closes for the season! We got the room on the highest floor which gave us a great view. The room is cosy and well equipped with a Smart TV where we can watch Netflix! The breakfast spread is awesome and the hotel is very easily accessible, near the main train station, shopping street and Gornergrat station! Totally recommend for your stay in Zermatt!

Very good atmosphere, good view from room and closed to train. Breakfast are delight and several selected. I will come again.

Warm welcome with welcome drink and free afternoon tea between 4-6PM. Staff also give us useful information during the stay. The room also nice. We're so enjoy here. We'll definitely stay here again for the next visit to Zermatt

Kamar nyaman tempat tidur enak, bersih, kamar mandi sangat bagus bersih dan nyaman. Amenities kamar lengkap dan bagus. Ini hotel yang sangat nyaman dan bagus.

Totally recommended! We love our stay so much. Breathtaking and magnificent view from our room balcony. Worth the price! Room is spacious except our safe deposit wasn’t functioning but that’s fine. Overall 5 stars!
