The staff were excellent and the location was good but the hotel would benefit from proper heating and warm bedding.

Property is great, modern, clean centrally located .staff is very accommodating and courteous. Toiletries could improve and a a mini grudge would be awesome!

Lovely room, helpful staff and in a perfect location for seeing Cusco

Al llegar al alojamiento me cobraron 2 piezas de 3 camas, sin embargo, nos dieron una de 3 camas y 1 de 2 camas. Se cortó el agua h fue problema del hotel. Mal servicio de desayuno, pobre.

Nice Place to stay, friendly staff and great location

We booked a tripple room and there was pictures showing a room on the top floor with nice hight to the ceiling. Instead we got a room on first floor without windows at all to the outside, only one window to the inside of the hotel staircase! And the staircase was lit most of the night, and people coming and going. Terrible. Also the room was too hot, and no air. Probably because there was no windows to the outside. Felt like being in a cellar. The room had a bath tub but out of function. It lacked both handle to start the water and a stopper in the tub. On the first night the water pipes broke in the bathroom sink so there was water on the floor when we woke up. Also the toilet did not work. Luckily the hotel managed to solve the issue during the day, and since we were off all day, it didn't bother us. The upside to this hotel is the friendly staff and extraordinary decorations. The go all in with paintings and sculptures. Also the location is great, everything in old town of Cusco in walking distance. If we had gotten the room we thought we booked (and not a cellar), the stay could have been pretty nice.

We stayed for 2 nights in February, and this is one of around 15 similarly priced hotels that we stayed in around Latin America. Well-located, around 10 minutes walk from the central Plaza and its restaurants. Suite rooms over two levels. Very comfy beds, albeit rooms would benefit from better lighting. Hot water, but slow to arrive at showers - fine if you know beforehand but frustrating 5-10 minutes otherwise. Downstairs seating area lined with religious icon paintings offer a striking decoration.

O hotel é uma graça, a decoração é linda, as acomodações são ótimas, tudo muito limpo, o pessoal que trabalha no hotel são muito atenciosos e prestativos. A única coisa que poderia ser um pouco melhor é o café da manhã.

Trevlig miljö och bra läge, men saknades varmvatten flera gånger och det var kallt på rummet. Hade två olika rum. Det ena hade en AC med värme och det andra rummet saknade detta.

Fue decepcionante tener que solicitar arreglos o servicios que debieran estar resueltos por protocolo de funcionamiento. Tiene un problema de management porque el personal es muy atento y servicial.
