Muy bueno ubicación y servicio

Hotel staff was great and very accommodating. They had a nice breakfast and good coffee. Bagni Regina Giovanna is very close by so definitely check it out. Could have used a kettle in the room and the parking is not free. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay more than one night.

As are many smaller properties in Italy, stairs are required and in this case approximately 50 to get to the floor with the room . The desk personnel offered to have someone carry our bags but we foolishly declined. If anyone over 70 is making use of the facility, let them carry your bags. Breakfast was provided and Delicious as were the two restaurants associated with the property.

A little ways outside Sorrento but there is easy access for shuttles and buses or isnt too bad to walk. Not many dining options in the immediate area, but again is not bad to get into the city where there are many options. The staff was very friendly and informative during our stay and had very clean premises.

Great location, a short walk over to the camp site and you can get a shuttle into sorrento. It was very loud in the morning on the bottom floor and the breakfast wasn’t great, about 10 cakes! Staff really lovely

Staff were very friendly and helpful, good amenities in the hotel. Sea view room was great. Could get little noise in rhe morning though with the cleaners. Not near a lot but can get the shuttle bus into sorrento from the camp site down the road. They offer pick up and drop off service from a restaurant near by and also have day trip options to capri/ amalfi coast. Overall we had a great stay.

Meu quarto era tão pequeno que não havia lugar para abrir as malas. Não havia espelho no quarto, havia somente o espelho do banheiro. Não havia frigobar no quarto. Azulejos, piso e louça sanitária eram novos.

The staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but very basic, not having enough electrical outlets, no hooks to hang anything and one small towel rail in the bathroom. We had room 112, with a balcony but the yard view was disgusting, unkept with a dried leaves, broken furniture, old containers collecting rain water, which of course caused mosquitos.

Very friendly staff! Clean and comfortable. Not ideal for anyone looking to just walk to the restaurant/ shopping etc. No side walks but access to a bus stop that takes you to town.

Hotel molto carino,personale accogliente e disponibile,le camere sono pulite,e la colazioni molto fornita anche con prodotti senza lattosio... Un giusto compromesso qualità prezzo da ritornarci

There is no elevator so be prepared to climb many steps to and from your room. The doors are very heavy and extremely loud every time someone (guest or staff) closes the door. Sounds like a gun firing. The staff pays no attention to the people that happen to be sleeping when they slam doors early and late. Pretty cheap hotel.

Das Hotel ist offensichtlich schon älter, aber die Zimmer wurden renoviert. Es ist sauber, das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. ABER: Das Restaurant und die Lounge Bar, die auf der Homepage beschrieben werden, gibt es nicht (mehr) und es ist sehr laut. Innen und außen. Da das Hotel an einer Kurve liegt, wird ständig gehupt. Und leider nehmen die anderen Gäste die Bettruhe nicht ernst. Es wird sich z.B. um ein Uhr Früh am Gang lautstark unterhalten oder bis Mitternacht Musik gehört.

Wish it had a lift. Also, key locks were kind of weird since you had to remove the electrical key from the ring to leave the room when people are in it. Cool concept to save money for the property but a hassle for guests. Loved everything else. Great a/c and bathroom.

Our stay at Hotel Spicy was great!!! They provide shuttle service to the main area for 2 euros and it comes very often. We also did a Amalfi & Positano boat trip through the hotel where they had someone come pick us up directly from the hotel. There were so many great convenience factors and I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sorrento! Be sure to check out the natural swimming hole that is just a walking distance from the hotel for an amazing free excursion!

Quiet area with good access to Sorrento by bus within 10 minutes.
