The room was okay and the food is fine. However, I had trouble with the special requests I placed in my booking. In spite calling Victoria thrice and having an agreement and confirmation from the person whom I spoke to regarding our desired check out time, I was surprised that the person who I spoke to told me that they cant accommodate the check out time we preferred. But what was really concerning is his tone when he told me that he will have to verify that with the manager. And so, I called the manager and spoke to her about what happened. My request was granted and she also talked to the person who I spoke to, to be mindful with his tone in situations like that. To avoid confusions and misunderstandings, I suggest they document everything when a customer is calling them.

Mattress is not even anymore (sinks in the middle) and was not able to sleep properly :( but cleanliness is excellent, service is excellent and food is good as well :)

Food could be better. Breakfast choices could be more diverse. Other branches have more choices whereas this branch only has three. And the serving is so small. Carbonara from another branch was better than what I had from hillcrest branch. It was almost soupy and the pasta was overcooked. And I still had to make my own hot choco. Saw a total of three small cockroaches during my stay. Two in the bathroom and one near the bed. The service was ok but the waiting area was dirty and wasn't mopped at all. There was a bellboy that sort of asked personal questions and that turned me off as well. And then when I had food delivered to my room after paying the service people didn't even say thanks, or anything, just got the payment and left. Room service telephone was ok though would have loved my stay if it weren't for the aforementioned problems I encountered. Would I go back here? Sure, if it was absolutely necessary. But I would still prefer another vc branch over this one.

Location is great and the staffs were very welcoming upon arrival. Do not expect the normal hotel where there is a lobby/reception. Rooms are themed which is very unique. Rooms are clean but there are certain awful smells that will linger in your skin which I think came from the sheets. Free breakfast was so-so.

It's great.. the employees are very accommodating.
