アルマス広場に隣接しており、ロケーションは最高です。 こじんまりしたホテルで、ロビー、フロント、浴室の雰囲気は良いですが、客室とエレベーター、はチープで余り寛げませんでした。

Room was clean with a convenient radiator and the internet was good.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, even printed a document off for us last minute which we needed to travel. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet

Nice hotel in the center of Plaza de Armes. Rooms are a great size and staff were very helpful. Rooms could use some soundproofing, but otherwise a good hotel

Charming property, centrally located with view of the cathedral. Friendly personnel at the front desk and in the restaurant. WiFi signal too weak in the suites. Checkout time of 10am is odd.

The hotel itself was a nice building, and our room was spacious and comfortable, but the service from the staff was strange! When we checked in there was a festival going on in the square, we had had a long travel day and the room directly over looked the square, we asked if there was a quieter room and told there wasn't, the staff also didn't know what time the music would go on until, it eventually stopped just before midnight, not ideal! As we were tired we thought we would have a lie in the following morning, but we were awoken at 8:30am by the hotel reception informing us we only had half an hour until breakfast closed so we needed to go now, we explained we didn't need breakfast and we would like to sleep. About half an hour later the phone went again asking us to leave the room so the housekeeping could be done! We asked them to come back later as we would like to get ready in our own time... half an hour after that, even though the do not disturb sign was on the door, there was a knock on the door from house keeping asking us to leave the room so the room could be made up! After we eventually left the room to go out and sightsee the room was made up, thankfully! This same charade happened again the following morning but this time the room wasn't made up when we left, not a massive problem, but seemed that if the guests weren't working to their time frame this hotel wasn't going to budge! On a separate note the safe didn't work and was too small to fit a laptop.

Hotel muito bem localizado, atendimentos muito bom, guardaram nossas malas por um dia para irmos a lá paz, e um hotel mais antigo mas dentro do possível em bom estado, café da manhã bom, quartos são pequenos mas para quem vai apenas dormi vale a pena, pois achar algo em Puno para ficar é desafiador

The Hotel is very conveniently located to restaurants, main square and shops. Has a nice restaurant and front staff friendly. Housekeeping staff make noise early morning ,while trying to clean an early checkout while other guests are still sleeping.

This a great hotel located right on the Plaza de Armas in the heart of Puno. The hotel pickup (in our case from the bus terminal) was a great service. Excellent breakfast too.

Nossa, definitivamente ao retornar a Puno é nesse hotel q ficarei novamente. Localizado na Plaza de Armas, perto de varios restaurantes, bonito, confortavel, amei.
