二階が2つの寝室とバスルーム、下が居間になっていてホテルに比べるととても広い。建物自体に古めかしさはあるけれど、リフォームも行われている感じで設備は割と綺麗でした。部屋への入り方はメールで届くので、それをしっかりと読んでいかないと部屋には入れません。

フロントがなく連絡先の電話番号が書いてあるだけで、海外から到着したばかりで電話がうまくつながらずに困りました。たまたまいたホテルのスタッフに声をかけて、一時間ほど早めに部屋に入れてもらえたので助かりました。 小さなパティオのような広場を囲んで一階にレストランなどが数件入っていて、その上の2階に部屋が並んでいるようなつくりで、昼間は気持ちが良い空間だなと思っていましたが、夜は酔っぱらった若者たちが2時、3時まで外で飲みながら大騒ぎをしていて非常にうるさく、2晩泊りましたが2晩とも眠れない辛い夜を過ごしました。一晩目は、隣の部屋のベランダでパーティーをやっていてうるさかったのもあり、夜静かに過ごしたいファミリーには向かないかもしれません。 部屋は広く、きれいでしたし、博物館やケーブルカー、レストランなどに歩いて行ける距離で便利な場所だっので、その点は良かったです。

hotels.comの情報と違うところ ・一階は商店、二階に５部屋程度のホテル ・フロントが無く、電話チェックイン （海外携帯を持っていなかったので公衆電話を探しました。電話で部屋のキーが入ったポストの暗証番号を教えてもらう） ・駐車場もパブリック利用で、近隣の姉妹ホテルに専用入出庫チケットを買いにいくシステム) （先に駐車してしまい、一回出庫するなど無駄な手間と料金がかかってしまった） ということで入室までなんだかんだで１時間近く!! しかし部屋は広く快適。 キューバストリートも近く便利。 目の前がバス通りなので、音はそれなり。 （予約時はホテルのホームページを確認することをお勧めします）

The apartment was spacious and conveniently located to shops and eateries. Easy to access and a very welcoming atmosphere. Lounge furniture was extremelycomfortable and so were the beds. Spotless bedding and plenty of towels for the bathroom. Kitchen had all the facilities we needed and again, spotlessly clean. Would unreservedly recommend this appartment complex to anyone looking for accommodation in Wellington.

Considering the price, room is big and clean kinda have everything needed for a stay.But quite noisy during the night as cars,buses drove by and some rowdy guys wandering on the streets.

Property is in an ideal position for city use. Somewhat noisy from road noise and loud people in next apartment, but comfortable and very clean. Will stay again.

Nice and central, basic accommodation with everything you need. Lovely and warm. Very loud neighbours Saturday night was disappointing. Would be great with Sky TV.

The location is good, the unit is spacious with all the essentials but they need to be updated and need more comfortable furniture. The bathroom setup is also unusual and the shower drain easily overfills

Location was excellent with restaurants across the street and next door to the apartment. Very easy to get around without a car.

The only criticism we have is the missing control for the king room skylight window and blind, the shampoo pump won't work, and no coathangers. Otherwise it was fabulous accomodation

Accommodation is spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The angled ceiling in the main bedroom is a nice touch. Only drawback is a lack of parking, which I was aware of when booking.

It was central and suited our needs. Was very hot particularly upstairs bedrooms. Aircon would have been great.

Great location. Everything you need and right in the middle of city! This was way above my expectations. Only downside was slipping over outside apartments front door. Rain made the surface like walking on ice

Had the front apartment on Willis St. Bedrooms upstairs. Balcony, great kitchen, dining and lounge area.

This was just a really quick over night stay for us. However, the apartment was spacious and well appointed for a longer stay. Walk out the door to the CBD and a quick walk to anywhere and everywhere.

The property is very comfortable, with a fully equipped Kitchen. With full laundry machine and dryer. The location is perfect.
