海岸の岬にある綺麗な伝統のあるホテルで居心地が良かったです。オーシャンビューの乙女チックなお部屋は女性に人気が高そうで花柄の壁紙が可愛くて、気分が良かった。岬なので、180度、海岸で見晴らしが良く、ヨットが浮かんでいてロマンチックだった。フェリーの駅も目の前であり、近くの図書館もWiFiが使えて重宝しました。レストランも多く、大きなスーパーも近くにあり、とても便利で過ごしやすかった。世界の良いリゾートの一つに入れました。また、行きたい場所です。ありがとうございました。

フェリーワーフの真ん前、存在感があり、カフェやレストランも賑わっているロケーション抜群の歴史あるホテルです。築年数のわりにとても清潔で綺麗に保たれていました。ハーバービューの部屋だったので、シティの夕焼け・朝焼けも楽しむことができました。ツインベッドをリクエストしていたにもかかわらず、ベッドは１つでしたが、広くて快適だったので問題はありませんでした。

The room which is very beautiful, and is large. ノンビリしたい時にはこのホテルが一番。

古いホテルですが景色とスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 ただ残念なことに記載のサンルーム付きシティビューのお部屋に 浴槽があるとの事で少し料金が高いですが予約したのですが 実際には浴槽はなくシャワーだけでしたのでホテルが古く寒かった 為にシャワー使用後は寒くて体を温めて寛ぐことが出来ませんでした。

船着き場に近くCafeとRestaurantも沢山ありすべて至便である。　ベッドのやわらかすぎるのが欠点。

景観、便利さ、設備快適性すべてに満足しました。

両親をつれての旅だったので、キチンとした、清潔かんのある、異国感漂うホテルに大感激でした！！！

Great location, nice view. Good big bed. Nice sunroom. Old fashioned but well maintained. Room is large with high ceilings. 130 years old, has a lot of character. Right in Devonport. Good price point. Would highly recommend

Way beyond expectations. We booked with the expectation of a room with a view. We were delighted with the private penthouse suite. Better and bigger than our apartment. It had not one but two rooms with a magnificent view of Devonport wharf and Waitemata harbour.

parking is an issue, our room was old which we like but this room needed some tlc. Room and areas were clean and staff was good. If owners ever rejuvenated the property it would be a hot spot for travelers in my opinion. Road to the area is busy and the night views of Auckland are incredible. The bar has limited hours but worked great for us, good light food and drinks with locals.

Excellent location, classic building, helpful staff, nothing to complain, good value. We enjoyed the experience.

The facility was in a good location, but it tends to need more care. The restaurant was not open. Overall, this old hotel is a unique place to stay, which was a good choice.

Oozes character. Slightly zany, antithesis of smart city centre hotel. Love it

Room was average, minimum amenities,bad parking, not much in the way of staff.

The location was great and the Hotel had a great old charm feel !.

We appreciate that it is an old hotel so expect the rooms to reflect that. The experience would be better if there was attention to small details like ensuring there is sufficient toilet paper in the room (we had to ask and the response was very flat to be honest). We could think of a number of small things that if they were present would make the world of difference.

Got what I wanted, A historic hotel and a fabulous view of Auckland. Room was dated and mattress OK at best but oh that View.

The staff was so accommodating! We ended up needing an extra night so we booked via a different website and the staff combined our two reservations and even switched us rooms when a fan wasn’t working to an upgraded view! We were so extremely comfortable and it was the perfect location right in main Devonport a one minute walk to the ferry which we took everyday downtown.
