During our check-in, we were informed that due to server down, there will be no WiFi, no TV, room key card cannot be used (need to have the assistance of staff to open the hotel room). This is really inconvenient. And the customer service person without a smiling face even show her bad mood face. You should never show your emotion to customer. This kind of customer service should not be in front line. Further to the electricity issue, the breakfast also in low quality, some are not heat and some even overcooked. What a bad experience we had.

No electricity at lobby and restaurant area (dark and hot). Poor food quality on breakfast.

Overall the room and all in room facility is good ( extremely recommended ), nothing to be complaint. Location is average but shuttle service to several location was provided

Kamarnya bersih dan luas. Kasurnya pun besar yg twin ukuran 160. Parkir mobil di lt 4 dan 5, fee charge bebas masuk keluar berkali2 8 ringgit dgn deposit 50 ringgit yg nanti akan direfund saat pengembalian kartu parkir

Hotel nya baru..berada di kawasan pusat kota Kuala Lumpur.Kamarnya bagus..berkonsep apartemen.Pemandangan gedung gedung tinggi..elok sekali
