最寄りの地下鉄の駅からブロックしか離れておらず、その地下鉄でバルセロナ市内まで一本で行けますので、大変便利です。歩いて行ける所に繁華街もありとても便利です。周辺はゴミや落書きが追い地域ですが、治安はとても良く、深夜一人で歩いていても身の危険を感じませんでした。 ここは一般的なホテルではなく、アパートの分譲賃貸の様な営業形態ですので、24時間受付対応や毎日のクリーニングを期待する方は注意が必要です。部屋はStudioタイプでも十分に広く快適です。 キッチンには電子レンジや冷蔵庫の他、洗濯機まで備えつけられています。食器や調理器具もそろっていますので、自炊やホームパーティーが可能です。

L’hôtel nous a attribué un appartement en sous sol avec plein de cafards à la sdb et dans la chambre. Puis les escaliers n’étaient pas sécurisés pour les enfants. Et le pire c’est qu’ils m’ont prélevé la caution de 350€ alors que nous avons rendu le lieu dans un parfait état. Je dois maintenant faire toute une procédure pour demander la restitution de cette caution.

Very rude guy at the front desk, the apartment isn’t suitable for a family with small kids. Everything is open so there is no privacy to change if the bathroom is occupied. No locks on bathroom just sliding door. Area is okay it was easy to take the bus from there.

Stort fint rum men tyvärr inte avdelat som bilder och beskrivning. Trasig bäddsoffa som vi påpekade första dagen men inte fick åtgärdat. Dessutom stopp i avloppen så det blev bara snabbduschar. Bra städat. Väldigt lyhört precis som andra beskrivet. Men väldigt bra läge i stan.

I had a wonderful stay at Apart Hotel República. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—central yet quiet. With great amenities, it offered both comfort and convenience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Barcelona.

Todo espectacular, nada negativo.

Hospedagem muito confortável e ambiente moderno. Chegamos às 23h e não tivemos problemas com o check-in, tinha uma pessoa na recepção para atender. O apartamento é bem equipado e muito próximo ao metrô, ficou muito fácil locomoção sem carro. Local também é seguro.

We were very disappointed with this stay. The check in experience was a true nightmare. Staff was very rude, and apparently we had to go to another location almkat 30 minutes away to do the check in. The apartment was not the cleanest one. They charge you extra for fresh towels, and they expect you to take out the trash yourself otherwise they will charge you for this also. I would not recommebd anybody to stay here.

출장으로 이용했고 가성비, 위치 등 대부분 만족했으나 두가지 문제점이 있었다. 첫째, 직원의 부재로 19시 이후 체크인이 안되는 문제(굉장히 당황스러움), 둘째, 숙소 내부에 개미가 많아서 음식물 처리에 신경쓰였고, 같이 이용하는 사람들 모두 개미에게 여러번 물려서 불편했음.

A convenient location in El Poblenou quartier in Barcelona, relatively close to the not so crowded Bogatell beach. Walking distance to beach, pedestrian area of the quartier and Westfield Glòries Mall. Near by metro (underground) station. Plenty clear communication to the fact is no attendance at the reception in between 18:00 and 22:00 and easy to adjust your plan according to this. Decent amenities and friendly personnel. Access to the roof pool a bonus ( will be great if available for longer hours in the evening) Low cleaning schedule is great for chill holiday time.

I would not call this a hotel. There are no towel changes, nor sheets. 4 people had to share same towels for 1 week. The trash from the room had to be removed and walked across the street after check out, failure to do so, would result in a deposit charge, because apparently cleaning person doesn't take trash out. The hotel is close to the ocean, which is what we were looking for. The pool idea is cool, but tiny.
