夜遅い到着にもかかわらず、丁寧に翌日のツアーの予約も行ってくれました。 スタッフも優しくて気軽に何でも聞ける雰囲気でした。 広く清潔感のあるお部屋でくつろげました。 ただ、階段しかないのでスーツケースの旅行者は大変そうでした。

レイクビューの部屋ではなかったが、一階のベランダから湖を見ることができた。 部屋も広く、清潔で居心地は良かった。 シャワーはなかなか温かいお湯が出なかった。 スタッフもみな感じが良い。 WiFiは少し弱いと感じたが問題というほどではない。 朝食付きとのことだったが付いていなかった。 周辺には朝6時から営業しているカフェも多いのでそこに行っていた。

部屋の前には大きなベランダがあり　フローレンス湖に面している　ベランダにはテーブルとイスが配置されゆっくり　湖を眺めることができる

Lake Viewの部屋をリクエストしたのに、希望通りにならなかったのが残念でした。

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal es extraordinario son muy atentos y amables, tiene bonita vista. Solo que por regulación de la isla el transporte te deja en el ingreso y si llevas maletas toca caminar gran parte cargando el equipaje

What a nice find on Flores. Great location and balcony views of the lake.

When this property advertise airport transport that is rubbish in our experience. We messaged them a week before and they asked for our flight details (sounded promising) then 'crickets', nada, despite 2 follow up messages, & a third as we were leaving GC airport. We get to the Flores Airport - nothing! So pay for shuttle to Flores Island and tuk tuk to hotel .. lady at the desk is on the phone to the shuttle guy at the airport as we walk in .. 'oh here you are' she says. No apology, nada!

What a beautiful little hotel! Comfortable beds, a great view from our balcony and an even better view from the top floor terrace. Air conditioning was very welcome. I especially appreciated Rudy Gonzalez’s friendliness. We got a refreshing cold towel when we arrived and he helped us book a fine tour to Tikal the next day.

Excelente ubicación, dormitorio amplio, buena limpieza. El trato del personal fue excepcional, en especial por parte de Rudy Guzman (recepción).

Comfortable room, plenty of hot water and great views of sunset from the roof terrace. Some street noise so earplugs needed if you need an early night before a trip to Tikal!

Day staff was very helpful. Nice having coffee available in the lobby in tbe mornings. When we had early morning pick-ups the night staff would make the coffee earlier so we could get some. Excellent location. And our balcony overlooking tbe lake was a gem. The room cleaning person made a different towel animal on our beds every day. So sweet.

Check in was smooth, staff are friendly. However the room I had booked, with private balcony was 'occupied'. I did not appreciate that.

The balcony was very nice. Fridge was also a plus

La situation de l'hôtel avec sa terrasse avec vue sur le lac est exceptionnelle. Chambre impeccable et personnel aux petits soins. très bonne adresse.

Very noisy because the room was facing the street and people were having a party outside.

Room was nice. Front office great. The room was facing the road and extremely noisy. People had a road party outside our room all night long. That needs to be stopped.
