夜遅い到着にもかかわらず、丁寧に翌日のツアーの予約も行ってくれました。 スタッフも優しくて気軽に何でも聞ける雰囲気でした。 広く清潔感のあるお部屋でくつろげました。 ただ、階段しかないのでスーツケースの旅行者は大変そうでした。

レイクビューの部屋ではなかったが、一階のベランダから湖を見ることができた。 部屋も広く、清潔で居心地は良かった。 シャワーはなかなか温かいお湯が出なかった。 スタッフもみな感じが良い。 WiFiは少し弱いと感じたが問題というほどではない。 朝食付きとのことだったが付いていなかった。 周辺には朝6時から営業しているカフェも多いのでそこに行っていた。

部屋の前には大きなベランダがあり　フローレンス湖に面している　ベランダにはテーブルとイスが配置されゆっくり　湖を眺めることができる

Lake Viewの部屋をリクエストしたのに、希望通りにならなかったのが残念でした。

We loved our stay. The view from the balcony. Free instant coffee and tea and drinking water dispenser. The staff was amazing, so helpful and caring.

Gran hotel

The location is good (on the island) and the staff were friendly. The free coffee and bread rolls was nice, in the absence of breakfast being available. The room was a bit dark, as the advertised balcony isn't really a balcony but a small enclosed room attached to the room. The terrace is nice but there is no bar service (although the minibar is well priced). The staff were friendly but not very forthcoming with information unless asked. For example, I only found out about the swimming pool (at a nearby hotel), wifi, terrace and coffee because I either asked or looked for it. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure.

This was a great value on the water! Clean, safe, AC, great views to the water, bed was nice. It’s a little dated, but clean and everything is close. But be prepared, like all hotels in Flores you have to search for parking. There must have been 20 restaurants within 200 yards walk.

Cozy spot in Flores. Great views of the lake. Receptionists very friendly and allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. WiFi did not work very well so relied on my phone’s data.

Great hotel. Showers are really powerful and the room was really clean. Part of the terrace was being repainted but nonetheless the outlook was beautiful. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food.

Casazul was fantastic. Great views of the lake and sunset, lots of great dining options extremely close and great staff.

I stayed in 2 different rooms at this property because I was there for a week. I loved my room with the balcony, the beds are comfortable and my view was so peaceful and great. The second room looked out onto the street whichI didn't like as much, but was only there for one night. There were not too many bugs, just some ants and small beetles in the room sometimes. I did have a gecko in my room one night, but he exited on his own and this is common in this area. The water was only hot one day, but it's ok because it is so hot in Flores, you'll be wanting a luke warm/cool shower. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great place. Excellent location. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The sunset view from the veranda was superb! The only drawback was the bed which was worn and sloping. Otherwise this place was pretty perfect.

Casazul was just excellent!
