Totally it was amazing. But the breakfast every day is same menu..... Additionally bus stop for old city is little far from hotel. Because the introduction indicated it is in front of hotel..... actually it is little complicated

ビーチも近いし、旧市街へ行くローカルバス乗り場も近く、毎日楽に外出できました。 ホテルの部屋は言うことなし！シービューにしたのですが、いつも美しい海を目の当たりにできて幸せでした。

家族4人でデラックススイートに3泊滞在。部屋はシンプルながら白を基調とした清潔感ある造り。部屋やバルコニーから一面に広がるアドリア海の眺望を満喫。海沿いに同系列の複数のホテルが並んでおり、プールやレストランなどの各施設へ相互アクセス可能になっていました。従業員もみな親切でよく教育されている感じでした。フロントに一人しかいなかったため、チェックイン時には少し待たされましたが、ゆっくり滞在が目的だったので特に問題にはなりませんでした。旧市街に出るには路線バスもありますが、4人ならタクシーと料金もあまり変わらないし、ホテルやレストランで呼んでもらえばすぐに来るので便利でした。1日は旧市街観光、1日はプールや部屋でゆっくり滞在、という家族連れにお勧めです。

11月のオフシーズンに家族3人（夫婦＋子供2歳）で宿泊。5つ星といっても温かみのあるファミリーフレンドリーなホテルでした。リゾートエリアにあるので、旧市街に行くにはバスかタクシーが必要ですが、15分程度で到着するので不便ではありませんでした。Uberもすぐ呼べます。 シービューのお部屋にしたので、お部屋からの眺めは最高でした。お部屋もきれいで簡単なキッチン付きでいた。アメニティも揃っています。 朝食は5つ星にしては物足りない部分もありましたが（冷凍野菜が使われている、手の込んだ料理がない等）、スパークリングワインもありますし海も眺められるので楽しめました。 全体的に満足の滞在となりました。

応対は丁寧で申し分無いです。 部屋は清潔です。部屋、バルコニーからの眺めは最高です。アドリア海の青緑の海が癒してくれます。 若干、シャワーが弱い気がしました。

思っていたより小さなホテルでした。 パークビューの部屋は目の前に路上が見えるので寝るだけでは無い方はビーチサイドをお勧めします。 部屋は広くキッチンにソファーベッドになるリビングルームにシャワーのみのバスルーム。そしてマスターベッドルームにバスタブ付きのバスルームと計2つバスルームがあったので大変よかったです。 4つのホテルが並んでいてアドリア海の海に実際に入るにはちょっと坂を下らなければなりません。 スパエリアも衛生的で朝食も美味しかったです。何よりふかふかのベッドがとてもよかったです。

Beautiful resort! Great rooms. Fantastic staff.

We couldn't fault this hotel at all. It was truly amazing. We felt so well looked after all week. The suite we had was spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and lots of storage space. The breakfast was top quality, plenty of choice and served over a span of 4 hours which was convenient. We can highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Dubrovnik, wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

Everything was perfect

Great hotel and overall facilities were good. Poor evening meal facilities and respite trying to resolve this with the hotel we failed to be able to get a table between 6.30 - 8 on three nights of our stay. I would advise against booking half board. Breakfast was good , pool and spa lovely.

Hotel bien situé. Bus à proximité pour ce rendre à Dubrovnik (old town) Chambre propre, personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner de qualité. L'option demi-pension (buffet diner) est appréciable.

Upea miljöö, monipuolisesti allasalueita. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä.

This hotel is not a 5star for sure. The Good- outside of the property is very nice with great views of the Adriatic ocean. Some nice waterfront restaurants nearby. And 10-15 uber drive to Old town. Breakfast buffet was great with good variety and options. There is not actual beach with the hotel but there is one 10mins walk. We did not enjoy the Zoe bar and relaxed by the cliff rocks. The pizza place was really good. And the neptune restaurant was great. Go to Cave Bar more abt 10mins walk from the hotel. The Bad- the rooms and inside of the hotel needs major upgrades. Though our room was clean and huge with great views but it needed major updates. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the rooms. We had dinner buffet included with our booking and the dinner options were not great and very limited. 2nd nite we saw the same shrimp from previous nite in the warmer. We decided to skip dinner buffet and go elsewhere to eat. Staff were not very attentive. It was hit or miss on staff. Some were friendlier than others.

Didnt get the room we requested. Only booked for 1 night. Booked a jr suite with an ocean view. Instead we got a large room with a kitchen on the ground floor facing the street. Staff was unwilling to find an alternative room option.

Amazing views and a nice change from crowed old town. Very walkable promenade to sunset beach area featuring restaurants, cafes, etc. I would stay here again. Property could use a bit of touch up, thus 4 star (stained carpet, furniture, etc - nothing major but certainly not 5 star). Staff/ service was very good.
