Dirty, they say that breakfast is included but they want to charge you after. The bells from the church were waking us up everyday at 6 am. The location is not good. Disappointed

Terrible breakfast!! They don’t have enough croissant, breads, cheese etc. or they don’t want to serve them. When we came for breakfast there were only a few of them. They don’t serve any type of eggs. No need to pay for breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space. The hotel parking is just a bit down the street from the hotel, but there is also a parking garage just around the corner. Note that you must go up some stairs in order to access the hotel elevator—not convenient is you are traveling with a lot of luggage. Overall a good hotel.

Wäre OK gewesen - aber der Lärm der Stadt war nicht auszuhalten.

Friendly welcome at check in. However, when inquired about air conditioning we were told that it’s not available from October. We were adviced to open windows. The street noise and mosquitoes were a nuisance. We asked for 11am check out and was denied. Check out time 10:30am.

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per chi come noi vorrà visitare il museo di Leonardo, la camera carinissima, pulita e confortevole. C'è anche una cucina a disposizione per chi volesse prepararsi un piatto al volo.

La pulizia ottima, anche con mia figlia molto disordinata! Il personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima in centro. Grazie!

Stanza bella giusta ampiezza pulitissima, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, prima colazione non prenotata ma con tre euro abbiamo consumato e soddisfatti di quello che ci hanno offerto, veramente senza troppi indugi ci torneremo ben volentieri, grazie di tutto
