ห้องพักสะอาดดี พนักงานพูดอังกฤษได้ ใกล้สถานีรถบัส ห้องพักดูดีกว่าที่คิดไว้เยอะ แนะนำห้องชนิด superior สะอาดกว้าง ห้องน้ำดีมีอ่างอาบน้ำ มีเตียงเสริมสำหรับวางของให้ เจ้าของใจดี เพิ่มเงิน50twd เพื่ออาหารเช้าสำหรับ2คน

bad service… bad attitude…not honest when we are buying lake cruise ticket. at the back of ticket printed ntd100 for toddler. but charge us ntd300 at first. then said give us discount ntd100...the owner still say here what also need money change room change this there all need money room smelly dirty...wanna go out still need give they key ... when back only take with them really wth

服务差到极点！便宜但真的非常肮脏...翻开被单头发多到吓死人没关系要求换房还要被说为何不早说！原本是想要换酒店的去找找很多都满了就想着回去和他们要求换房..结果就说我们为何不早说什么什么的..样样东西都是钱不老实...小孩船票只需100他说要200结果又说优惠150说是最便宜了还没关系还说你明天去码头买就不是这样的价钱了是要300我们看看票然后说可是这里写着1－3是100而已啊他还不承认一直和我们吵...之后我们说不的时候他说好啦好啦就100给你啦！态度差！房间肮脏！不老实！房间有味道！被单床单枕头黑黑的！还没关系最搞笑的是出门还要把钥匙交回去不能拿出门！这是什么东西！我从没住过这样的宾馆！要前住的朋友请你三思！

Room is just fine but the receptionist is not helpful and the hotel main entrance is congested which has no place to turn around.

This hotel made my holiday in Taiwan was super bad. The picture is not real. This is motel, very small and the room far from expectation. The staff was not hospitality at all. The receptionist was very impolite and we can not keep the luggage. He charged us 300 twd/per hour/per luggage. He was very annoying and become our nightmare. Never ever stay in this motel, because there are so many hotels in sun moon lake. You have so many choices. Never made a wrong decision like us. Not this motel!
