朝食付きで申し込んだにもかかわらず、手違いで、エクスプディアからはその連絡が行っておらず、朝食なし、で予約がはいっていたようでした。そのことをスタッフに言ったところ、気持ちよく対応してくれました。ホテルの場所もドームに近く、おいしいレストランも近くにありました。歴史的な建物の中にありますが、設備も申し分ありません。

Safe, quieter location with room facing back. No lift. Excellent location to sights and food. About 15 min walk to bus station but further from train station. Check in staff elsewhere - 1/2 block away. Direct drop off door by taxi . In room mini bar and safe, coffee and tea .AC. Large window that opens

Stellar room for that price range in a great location. The drawback ? The walls are not noise isolated at all, which means you'll hear all that's going on in the neighboring rooms or in the street below, which are very noisy all night long. I'd recommend this place if you have excellent earplugs, otherwise don't expect to be able to sleep much.

Soggiorno poco piacevole nel complesso. L'accesso alla struttura è automatico, si entra inserendo un codice, perciò all'arrivo nessuno ci ha accolti. Qualche giorno prima avevamo ricevuto messaggi impersonali, anonimi, contenenti le istruzioni per accedere al B&B. Abbiamo lasciato l'auo in uno dei parcheggi convenzionati con la struttura: anche in quel caso, tutto automatizzato, nessun essere umano in vista. E al pagamento ci siamo resi conto di aver pagato il prezzo pieno perché per ottenere la tariffa agevolata bisognava richiedere via e-mail un codice a chi gestisce il B&B. Certo, c'era scritto nel messaggio con le istruzioni, ma sarebbe stato bene vedere qualcuno in carne e ossa che ce lo avesse ricordato all'arrivo! Mi chiedo: a parte mettere a disposizione la stanza e inviare messaggi, questi gestori che cosa fanno per gli ospiti? Chi sono? Dove sono? Unica nota positiva di questo soggiorno è stata la camera, pulita e abbastanza confortevole. Spero che venga proibita per legge questa pratica di consentire gli accessi automatici. Eviterò in futuro strutture analoghe.

Es más un airbnb que un hotel, la habitación es linda, en perfectas condiciones y es limpia, pero es un departamento dividido en habitaciones pequeñas, no un hotel! Cerca de todo dentro del casco histórico de Siena!

Rien a redire sur la chambre. Tout est ok. Gros bémol sur parking, celui gratuit était comble même de bonne heure. L'autre il duomo payant 2€/h même la nuit,le code de réduction envoyé n'a pas fonctionné soit 36€ pour 18 h de parking. Très rude.

The property was nicely decorated and within walking distance of the major attractions in Siena. Not sure if it is an Italian thing, but, the ones we have stayed at don’t provide soap for showering. Only downside, and that is not too important.

Very convenient to the main attractions. Breakfast is served at the bar, so it’s probably cheaper to buy directly than from the B&B

Zentral gelegen, check in auch ohne Rezeption problemlos infolge Email-Vorinfo, großartiges Frühstück in nahe gelegener Bar mit Gutschein. Gutscheine für Frühstück lagen nicht im Zimmer , mussten erst in Office (in Nebenstraße) besorgt werden

Facilité d’accès à la chambre, à seulement 5-10min à pieds du parking à l’extérieur de la ville. L’accès à la chambre est autonome et très simple. Celle-ci se situe au centre de la ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pieds. L’hôtel et la chambre sont d’une propreté parfaite, une carte ainsi que des suggestions de restaurants et lieux à visiter sont à notre disposition dans la chambre en arrivant. Tout est pensé pour passer une séjour sans encombre du début à la fin.

O quarto é muito lindo e limpo! Fica bem no centro da cidade! Amamos muito! Fizemos tudo a pé! A instruções para estacionar o carro também foram fáceis de seguir! Foi perfeito! Ao chegarmos, fomos recebidos com chocolates e uma carta! Tinha chá, café e leite!

We really like this property but would recommend there should instructions that you need to go up the stairs to the B&B. Overall very good

What a sweet spot in the heart of Siena. Just steps away from the Duomo and wonderful restaurants. Our room was comfortable and quiet with character and a peek view. We were able to store our bags and staff called us a cab for the train station. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

On November 25, 2018 we had 2 night stay reservations, round trip Trenitalia train tickets, and tour tickets to visit the Cathedral in Siena, Italy. The trains were on strike and we could not make the trip to Siena. Then I called the hotel directly to advise them of our dilemma and told him we could not travel to Siena today. He was very rude, he laughed out loud at me, while on the phone, when I told him we needed to cancel our reservation. He told me that was impossible, and he laughed out at me again. I asked his name. He told me that was “not important.” I told him I would be filing a “denuncia”. I told him not to laugh at me. He told me I could take a bus. We were at the train station, it was pouring. I did not know how or where to get a bus. Signor “Not Important” hung up on me. For your information, I used one free night to book this reservation for 2 nights at “Quattro Contoni (5202051). I haven’t lost a lot of money, but Quattro Contoni has lost all of my respect for their rude behavior. I will never try to book with this hotel again. I am also very disappointed with the UK. Hotels.Com email that gives me phone numbers without a country code leaving me in the dark as to which UK country I should call.

Do not book this property!! We arrived there no one answers the bell or phone and not even the “emergency” phone number. We found ourselves outside of a run down building with no where to go and no one to help us. After a while we left while trying to find a place to sleep sitting in a middle of a highway. The owner is rude and didn’t even apologize for what has happened. We asked for the property to be removed from the Expedia website. It was that bad!

Easy check-in, comfy bed and quaint room right in the centre of Siena. Excellent pre-arrival care too. A great stay!
