値段のわりに綺麗です。 快適に過ごせました。 ただ、中心部からちょっと遠いのでその辺は不便です。 朝食も普通に美味しいと思います。。

PARENTS WITH CHILDREN BE CAREFUL. We ordered some food(pasta dish) via room service and to our dismay the food had MELTED WOK LINING(metal colour). We were really disappointed and afraid for the health of our child and the food we had possibly consumed. Some of the staff are very hospitable and I do appreciate that. If the kitchen equipment is old then they should replace it. I would avoid this hotel again and would not rebook. It is not how it is advertised and quite dated. It is in need of a makeover.

Whilevthe staff was overly courteous the room was subpar. I had sekected Superior room and it was this bad, what would be an inferior room? Lol

The room was stinking. The restaurant service was poor where we were unattended for long stretch of time. Not even once we were asked if everything is fine. Only when we were leaving the courteous and friendly front desk sought input. We will not be returning here. Oh BTW There is no ocean view.

Great staff, good welcome, nice clean room, all needs and wants were taken care of.

It is decent hotel but property experience and condition did not live upto my expectations of a 5 star hotel

Towels could have been much cleaner and food fast could have been much better.

The service was awesome. Very attentive staff, free fruits and chocolate. The only complain is that, when arranging for airport pickup, they require me to fill up a manual form payment of credit card, which I feel unsafe. Other method of payment not international tourist friendly. Nearby hotel not much food and also in the middle of cross road junction. Traffic can be nuisance trying to cross the road.

The swimming pool was dirty and noone was bothered. Bathroom bath tub was not stopping the water, Also toilet cover was broken

For the price I am very happy. The buffet in particular is great value and delicious. I think the hotel is 3-4 star in it's current shape, and one of the best in the area. I liked the staff, who did their best to be helpful. A few areas to improve: * The Chai tea had sour milk both times they served it to me. It's the only Chai I've tasted in India with sour milk and both times it tasted great after telling them to open a fresh box of milk. * No one on staff could come up with a way to do a load of laundry for less than 3,000 R, or $50. which is one reason I went back to Chenai, where The Leela sent it out on an app for 300 R (10 X lower.). * The parking team likes to shout, repeat themselves and shout again over nothing - it's a lot to get used to, and it's local style for communicating, but not 5 star training. * The street-facing rooms are very noisy because of all the honking horns.
