チェックインから翌朝（外出時）まで、ホテルのWi-Fi利用時の情報入力でエラーとなり、利用できなかった。外出から戻り、再度ログインを試みたら、同じ情報入力でログインができ、Wi-Fiの利用ができた。 空港ターミナルから、空港内のシャトル列車でホテルまでアクセス出来るのは、とても便利でした。

チェックインやチェックアウトが大変スムーズでした。

空港に近くとても快適な場所で満足です。

無人無料のリンクトレインのビスカウント駅を出てすぐ左手にあります。ターミナル1まで15分程度。トランジットのための滞在で、大変便利でした。

ターミナルリンクのビスカウント駅の目の前で、空港との移動がストレスフリーです。 部屋はコンパクトながら、清潔で冷蔵庫やコーヒーマシンがあり、一泊の利用としては十分です。 シャトルバス移動の他ホテルと比較して、非常に便利だったので、また早朝便の時は間違いなくアルトホテルを利用すると思います。

Great location and easy to get to from the airport.

Front desk staff weren’t the friendliest when I checked in after a very long, exhausting travel day (13+ hour delay), but the hotel itself was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, super easy to get to from the airport. The bed was so comfy, my only regret was we only stayed one night !

Good! Enjoyed my brief stay

Love staying there but sadly the wifi doesn’t always seem to work. Also the beds are starting to show age and are becoming harder to sleep on along with too flat of pillows. Can’t be helped but I still enjoy my stays there

Location , nice restaurant

Easy parking and travel, the staff were present, helpful, and friendly with each other and with guests. Great vibe and highly recommend for travel out of YYZ

Make sure your shower drain is not slow before you settle in. Had a terrible experience coming from a cottage quite late where all I wanted was a shower and barely spent 30 seconds before it overflowed.

Great place next to tram to Pearson and long term parking

Very simple & clean hotel, young friendly & energetic staff, very causal & relaxed. Food superb good ! Especially pizza ! Definitely will choose this one for any late night layover. And it is in the airport !!! Short train ride

I ALWAYS enjoy my stays at the Alt. The excellent location is what brought me here the first time but I keep coming back because the service and comfortable lobby please me EVERY time. The restaurant and bar area are really good and the food is excellent.

Everything was efficient and the food in the restaurant was delightful.
