We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend it!!!!

Breakfast was very good and extraordinary. They have everything in the buffet. Transportation always available and secured. Security was in a very high attention you know we're in Bogota. A lot of restaurants behind the hotel. Just take the elevator and you are in. Highly Recommended.

Cama y almohadas cómodas, y habitación con buenas vistas. Para mejorar: Ducha con juntas sucias y falta de limpieza profunda. Inodoro con sarro visible. Persiana desalineada y difícil de usar. Servicio en restaurante poco atento.

The location is great if you need to be near embassy. The pillows are super uncomfortable. I asked if they had any pillows that were lower as the ones they give you are stiff and high, definitely not hotel-grade. They said they only have one style of pillow in the entire building. Disappointing. Difficulty sleeping. The towels are super old, worn and rough, not hotel-grade. It was too expensive for the poor experience.
