立地も良く、リャドと言うよりは高級ホテルのようでした。 部屋の冷蔵庫が空っぽ冷えないのと、栓抜きがないなかったのが残念です。でも満点です。

３つの邸宅をベースにしており、各邸宅ごとにテーマが異なっているが、全てため息が出るほど素晴らしい。ホテルの中を歩いているだけで楽しく、マラケシュの観光をする気がなくなってしまった。

A true haven of peace in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the medina. The staff is exceedingly friendly and effective, working together like a tight-knit family. The spa and spa services are excellent. The room and the common areas were amazing and full of details. The area around the hotel (Casbah) has lots of convenient shops and services. It is located a short walk from everything you'd want to see in Marrakech.

Simply unreal. One of the best properties ever. Service is top notch. So unique. Great spot, so much attention to detail. Just everything.

For the price, the service should be top tier. Found myself reminding them to restock the water, etc. Slow response on behalf of the butlers when using the hotel phone to text them. Hotel is stunning, restaurants are top tier. Friendly and courteous staff, very helpful.

Was a amazing stay

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning . The bellhop service is a fun experience. However , while the service isn’t bad , it needs some improvement.

Desde que llegas a las inmediaciones del hotel se siente mágico. El amanecer y atardecer desde la terraza con la vista en los tejados de la Kasbah son sensaciones inolvidables. 3 dias no han sidonsuficientes para conocer todos los encantos de las instalaciones pero destaco los desayunos en el jardin y el tratamiento real del spa. La habitacion es perfecta y una decoracion tambien real como el trato de todo su personal. No hay otra ubicacion mejor para conocer esta maravillosa ciudad. Deseando volver.

Three nights celebrating our parents turning 80. Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff, location, food, roms - it is a magical place. We took the coocking class and it is highly recommended. The Sultana is a magical place. We loved it.

Exceptionnel à tous points de vue… une expérience unique et hors normes

We had a great time at the hotel. The facilities, ambience and decor were stunning with all the comfort we could wish for. We loved Omar”s yoga session and the royal hamam was an incredible experience! The locations of the hotel is perfect too: within the medina but you get easily to other parts of the city without too much of the traffic hassle inherent to the medina’s small alleys. Will definitely come back for another Marrakesh visit!

A beautiful quiet oasis. The staff are wonderful

All staff were impeccable. The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. We left the hotel just 12 hours before the earthquake disaster occurred on 8th September. When hearing the sad news we immediately called the hotel to check all hotel staff and their families were safe and we were reassured all were. The hotel fortunately had not been adversely effected.
