Le personnel est très gentil

It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours airport shuttle; this is false. I have used Expedia and Orbitz for over 20 years; I will never used it again and will make sure that my family and friends do the same so that our families vacations will not be ruined.

Very nice personnel and stay. Unfortunately there is no Internet. Very challenging when travelling for business

Excellent accueil, tres personnalisé. Les equipements de la chambre meriteraient une petite renovation (electricite, robinetterie). Mais cela est vite oublie car les personnes daccueil et de service sont vraiment agreables et competentes. Bravo. Je connaissait letablissement il y a 8 ans et je ne regrette pas de lavoir choisi a niuveau.

Very nice hotel in a quick area. The room was big but wifi was not working Iinside and no coat-hangers in the wardrobe.

Les matelas sont horrible, un petit dej catastrophique. Dommage pour le même prix j'aurais pu loger dans un vrai 5* au Maroc ou en Espagne.

Hotel bien situado con buenos servicios cercanos. Relación calidad precio aceptable en el contexto sobrevalorado de Argel. Calidad de servicio e instalaciones claramente insuficiente.

The hotel is very different from the pictures they posted. The bed was rock hard, the av barely worked and the Internet didnt connect. The neighbour was great but I wouldn't stay here again.

trés bon séjour

Das Hotel wurde mir von Expedia mit vier Sternen angeboten, doch nach eigener Darstellung hat es nur drei Sterne. Das Früstück ist mager. Leider liegt das Hotel weit außerhalb des Zentrums, es gibt keinen Metro-Anschluß, deshalb muß man ein Taxi ins Zentrum nehmen, hin und zurück 16,- EUR ! Zimmer in Ordnung, ansonsten einfacher Standard.
