The facility is not reached to the average of 4 star hotels in EU, such as hot water pressure is weak. The hotel is the historical legacy, maintained well, beautiful garden and isolated from noisy city traffic. The breakfast menu is limited (one kind of cheese and chicken salami, boiled egg and sliced tomato and cucumber etc, no soup) The lineup of breads are well. The hospitality of the crew is very nice and reached to the top level.

The pool and the terrace bar are great- lively crowd and nice staff. The garden needs some love and the rooms are fine. More expensive than some but an ideal space to relax.

L'hôtel est magnifique, les mosaïques, les carrelages au niveau de l'accueil, de la salle de restauration composée de trois restaurants, les lourdes portes, les portes ciselées en bois, tout le charme par endroit du savoir faire de l'époque est remarquable, un hôtels de tradition mauresque. Cette hôtel si il devait être complètement restauré, rafraichi avec une touche de modernité deviendrait un palais oriental de haute qualité.

Faciliteterne er fine nok, men ham som stod for stedet magtede ikke engang at tænde for lyset i saunaen (14.11). Han lå bare inde i et mørkt rum på en briks og talte i telefon! Ikke meget massage der!!

Le petit déjeuner était malheureusement trop simple pour un hôtel 5 étoiles pas assez diversifié.

The choice of food was reasonable but the service was very slow, having to wait up to half an hour for a single fried egg on most occasions

Bijou architectural mais qualité des prestations insuffisante et approximative (notamment propreté), chambres peu fonctionnelles (portes et tiroirs des meubles difficiles à fermer, safe non fixé, pas de rangements dans la salle de bain, ...), bruit externe (pompes de la piscine bruyantes). Mais personnel en général sympathique et serviable, parfois inefficace

Loved the building, the history and the gardens. The staff is incredibly helpful and lovely. Slightly far away from the centre.

Excellent établissement, personnel aux petits soin. Restaurant excellent ! Propreté irréprochable !

The hotel is historic and full of detail. My room wasn’t ready as I arrived at 10am, so they leant me a “spare room” just to shower and recover. It turned out to be the North African campaign room, attached to Eisenhower bedroom where the invasion of southern Europe in WW2 was planned. Amazing. Advice, upgrade to the sea view room.

Magnificent landmark hotel.

Un joyau architectural et un site historique . DOMMAGE .Hôtel vieillot, mal entretenu,propreté très superficielle, wifi d’un autre âge . Pour ceux qui cherchent un HÔTEL, je ne recommande absolument pas .
