ホテルの部屋は最高。衛生面や広さ、は申し分ない。シーツなども適宜かえてくれ、きちんと管理されていた。 ランドリーの施設もあると便利。 フロントの対応が人によってまちまち。感じがよいひとと、忙しくしており粗末な対応のひともいた。

La reserva estaba confirmada y cuando llegué al estaablecimiento me dijeron que mo habia diaponibilidad, y me tocó trasladarme a otra hotel a altas horas de la noche

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big. The only thing is that the pool close at 8:00 pm, and my family wanted to use it around 7:30 pm; so when they arrived in swimming suits, the staff told them that they can’t use the pool, because they have just added some chemicals to the water; my wife asked why did you add the chemicals if the pool was advertised to close at 8:00 pm; the employee was embarrassed and answered that he didn’t think that someone would use the pool at that time. It was disappointing, but other than that, it is a good place to stay.

El hotel no es malo y está bien ubicado. La habitacion aunque no es muy grande, es buena, ahora nos dijeron que el desayuno no estaba incluido y estuvimos dos dias sin desayunar para despues decirnos que fue un error y que si lo teniamos incluido, pero lo peor que tiene el Hotel es el internet, lamentable la conexion, bien lenta y se desconecta constatemente, ni siquiera un video de youtube se puede reproducir sin que se detenga. Ademas para nosotros que somos creadores de contenido y teniamos que hacer copias de seguridad, no pudimos hacerla debido a los cortes constante y la lentitud... lamentable para un hotel 5 estrellas

Reclamo a las 5;00 pm al no recibir ropa de lavanderia. Insistencia a las 7:30 pm, a las 9:30 pm y a las 10:00 pm y la respuesta es que estaban ocupados. A las 10;45 recuperamos la ropa

Very clean and nice. The only thing was the smell in the floor hallway was to strong, some kind of perfume.

This hotel had everything that we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The room and staff were great. But three things will probably keep me from staying there again: Cleaning crew practices Location Building design The first three mornings we were woke up EARLY by the cleaning crew vacuuming next door. WHY would you have the maids vacuuming at 7:30 in the morning next to a room you KNOW is occupied? Especially with a vacuum that sounds like a jet engine? And the location is far from ANYTHING you want to see in Bogota And Ive never seen any design to a hotel worse than this one. You cannot pull up to the front door. Its on the side of the building away from the street up STEPS! The other entrance is like a grarage area with a steep ramp. When we arrived we had to pull 5 suitcases up this steep ramp. No one around to help. And each time we came back to the hotel none of the taxi drivers knew where to drop us off at because there is no front entrance

The best thing about this hotel, undoubtedly, is the location. It is within walking distance to Park 93 (Parque de la 93), which is a fabulous area with tons of extremely good quality restaurants, lots of people and families walking around and having fun. There was also great entertainment at night. It is a very safe place. I'm afraid the hotel is definitely not very well kept; the carpets in the halls are stained with bits of paint which looks terrible. The deco and paint are dated. The breakfast is okay but not great. The staff was good but several times I got tired of calling the front desk at night and there was no answer. Last. On two occasions, at around 2:00 am, my husband and I got awakened by someone, who probably was drunk, shouting near our room. Absolutely disgusting. I would never stay in this hotel again. There are better hotels in the area. I just did not have time to research more. I booked this in a rush.

Everything was amazing except I did hear a lot of noise and the cleaning staff late at night and in the morning maybe the walls are not strong or very soundproof

El personal de lobby es poco atento, el personal de restaurante y buffet muy serviciales todo el tiempo. Poca variedad de alimentos en el buffet de desayuno, en general está bueno. Excelente ubicación y en la zona hay muchos lugares cerca.
