部屋が寒く、エアコンを使おうとすると壊れてて使えなかった。 スーツケースを開けるときは場所を考えないといけない。

ビーチが目の前です。私は時間がなかったので空港から近いこちらにしましたが綺麗な海で泳ぎたいならここはおススメしません。

I stayed ia single room alone with ocean view in 1st floor. Not spaceous but there was small bath tab in the bath room. The view of ocean was nice, if it was upper sairs, would be nicer. In the room I could hear the sound or voice off the door. Great location in front of the beach and promenade for jogging, walking. Staff was kind overall but one day I had a problem little with communicating with a receptionist who didn't speak English at all. Breakfast was OK.

空港からはビーチ行きに乗り、最初のバス停（hotel cid)で下車し浜側に行けば良い。空港から長期駐車場経由で徒歩３０分。市内には急行バス（２５番）なら、すぐ高速道路に入るので楽に行ける。各停バス（１５番）はバスターミナルに行くときに便利。googleの地図には昔の名前が載っている。ホテルのエレベーターに昔の名前の名残がある。１１時半にチェックインできた。受付の応対は丁寧、親切。冷たい水を貰った。 ２階北側の部屋は南側の部屋より広い。小さなベランダに２脚のイス。眺望はダメで、空のみ。強風でも静か。テレビのチャンネル数は豊富。冷蔵庫はない。金庫は閉まったままで使用できず、有料と。洗面所の水がお湯（最低で５０度位）のままで冷たくならず手が洗えない。トイレの貯水タンクは温かい。シャワーはしばらくしないと、お湯が冷たくならない。給湯システムに問題あり、翌日に部屋を移動した。 南側の部屋は６室あり。ベランダからビーチを見下ろせ、ゆっくりできる。波風が強いと少しうるさい。洗面所の水の温度は問題なくなったが、シャワーのお湯が冷たくなるまでしばらく時間を要した（普通は水が温かくなるのに時間を要すのが、今回は逆のパターン）。トイレの貯水タンクは温かい。 朝食はこのホテルレベル相応。パン、ハム、果物などは大型ホテルなら豊富になる。卵はゆで卵、目玉焼き、スクランブルエッグの３種類。１回、コーヒーマシンが壊れて飲めなかった。ビーチを眺めながら、ゆっくり食事ができるのが良い。

10 seconds from the sea! It's very comfortable, staff is very kind and friendly. There are many restaurants near the hotel. It takes 20 minutes to old city by bus.

In primis la posizione della struttura di fronte al mare,personale accogliente e professionale,ristorante-pizzeria specialità italiana,pulizia delle camere e della struttura, ottimo collegamento con mezzi pubblici.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, kleines aber schönes Zimmer, Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Strand und das Meer. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

David was so helpful and friendly during our entire stay. I have never felt so welcomed or received such attentive care at a stay.

De kamer was schoon ontvangst bij aankomst (weet niet de naam meer)heel vriendelijk en een welkomst drankje gekregen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, de ligging eigenlijk alles. Voor vragen kon je altijd terecht en ook David heeft ons steeds erg vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen

Hotel não é 4 estrelas nunca .A localização é ótima, A vista da terrassa é linda por ser de frete o mar .

Listening to the ocean at night was wonderful!

Alles TOP, sehr gutes Frühstück. Es war lediglich etwas kalt im Zimmer, und die Heizung lies sich nicht einschalten... aber sonst - perfekt!

Super Lage. Sauberes schönes Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant im Hotel. Der Restaurantmanager und der Küchenchef waren sehr engagiert unsere gebuchte Halbpension plant based zu gestalten. Danke dafür!

Our stay at the Saulo was lovely from beginning to end. My mom and I were greeted by Davidson at the reception who took care of us and directed us to a lovely room with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable, we had all the necessary amenities. The view was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel and the restaurant downstairs was also fantastic.

Top Lage. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung hätte aber sauberee sein können. Auf dem Boden lagen noch Haare keine gründliche Reinigung. Aber alles in allem preis/leistung sehr gut

I cannot recommend enough this hotel enough. They had by far the best customer service of any of the hotels we stayed at during our 11-day trip to Europe. When we got there, they told us that they had upgraded our room from an interior room to a beachfront room for free! Then when we told the front desk that we would be leaving very early in the morning and asked what would be the best way to get to the airport, they immediately scheduled a taxi for us and then told us they would leave to-go breakfast bags at the desk for us since we'd be leaving earlier than their breakfast hours. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view and the front desk was incredibly helpful. The beach was right outside our room and there was a gelato shop right next to the hotel. I'd love to go back to Mallorca and I definitely plan to stay at the Saulo Beach Hotel when I do!

Nos dieron una habitación pequeña, en la parte trasera que estaba junto a la salida de la chimenea de la cocina, con todos los olores que eso conlleva y tener que tener cerrada la ventana y no pider usar la terraza.
