冬なのに暑くて窓を開けて寝ました。 エレベーターはありません。チェックイン時、荷物を運んでくれるのは９時ー４時の間です。靴屋とアルマーニの間の狭い道を入って左側のドアが玄関となります。

事前に聞いていたが、夜にはホテル側スタッフがいなくなる。最終日夜にちょっとした困りごとができたが、もう最終日夜なので、そのままにして、翌朝アウト時にメモを残した。

最初は路地裏のマンションのような感じでロビーがなくびっくりしました。 4階建の最上階でエレベーターがなく階段でしたが、荷物は運んで頂けたので問題なかったです。 到着時は好青年なスタッフが対応してくれて丁寧にヴェネツィアの街を案内してくれたり、レストランの予約をお願いすると親切に対応してくれました。 部屋は少し古いですが清潔でした。 ベッドリクエストをツインにしていましたがダブルだったので昼のスタッフから夜までに変えておくと伝えられましたが 夜帰ってきても変わっておらず、連絡したところ昼とは違うひとで、呼んだら友達ぽいひとが瓶を飲みながらついてきていたのですこし不信感でした。 それ以外は問題なく過ごせ、安いホテルなので特に不満はなかったです。

Resimlerle otel farklı gösterilmis, konfor iyi değil. Cok eski. Isıtıcı calısmıyor, bakımsız. Merkeze yakın ancak bu kalmak için yeterli değil

Great place to stay , yes place is outdated but im sure most place in this area are. Staff was friendly and informative, always responsive and supportive. Would recommend 6min walk from water taxi that drops you off from airport. Everything within walking distance. Thank you staff for wonderful experience.

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Venise. L’accueil est très bien un plus l’hôtel nous a mis à disposition une bouteille d’eau par personne tous les jours. Une cafetière est à disposition avec des dosettes café et thé tous les jours.

Piacevolissimo ritorno al CaPedrocchi. Avevamo pernottato diversi anni fa’ ed eravamo stati benissimo e siamo ritornati nuovamente e siamo stati anche ora benissimo!

Convenience, about it

Upstairs from luxury shops in a designer showroom district, very close to Piazza San Marco, the location is unbeatable. The staff is warmly friendly and the decor is imaginative and has a vibe of traditional Venice. It is only fair to warn that it is not a full service hotel—the hosts are only there a few hours every day (in the morning) and there is no breakfast. You must take up your luggage yourself up multiple flights of stairs. I have stayed here twice and enjoyed each stay at this hidden gem, but as I get older, I probably won’t come a third time.

Enjoyed our stay and they gave us advice on how to get around and clear directions on how to get to the property.

Refrigerator did not work and was full of mold. Hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Reception service was very limited from 9am to 4pm after this hours only if there is an emergency.

Hotel very close to San Marco. Easy to get to. Very good and helpful host. Quite. Good air condition.

It was clean and people were friendly. It was a little dark and gloomy inside. Could use a few updates to brighten the property. Also 3 flights to move luggage is a lot.
