スタッフの方がとても親切でした

中心地やアンネの家からそれほど遠く無く、大抵の観光地は徒歩でも行けます。夜になると、周りに街頭があまりないので、道は暗く、あまり人通りはありませんでした。 部屋はやたらと暖かく、そのためか冬なのに扇風機がありました。 バスタブつきでしたが、ぬるま湯しかでなかったです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、親切でしたし、フロントのコーヒーメーカーや、フルーツ、スナックは食べ放題でした。 唯一の不満として、清楚が十分でなく、風呂場に髪の毛が残っていたり、ゴミを纏めるまでして忘れたのか部屋に置いたままだったり、3泊しましたがシーツが交換されず、ベッドメイクもあまりされてませんでした。

窓から見える運河の景色がとにかく素晴らしかった。 ホテルのスタッフさんも非常に気さくな方で下手な英語でも優しく対応してもらった。 アムステルダム中央駅からは路面電車に乗れば早く到着できるが、徒歩でも15分程度なので運動したい方には歩いてもいい距離感。

客室、サービス共にオランダの一般より遥かに上で気持ちよく滞在出来ました。 写真と中が少しわかりにくく誤解しやすいという事を除くと凄く良かったです。 ロケーションは９th streetも近い為、凄く良かったです。 駅からもタクシーで１０分程で荷物が無い時は全然歩き回れます。

ホテルのようなエントランスはありません。部屋に石けん・シャンプーなどもありません。タオルは有り。レセプションサービスは8am-12pmの間のみ。鍵を渡され外出時には携帯する必要あり。部屋は広くきれいで 、サービス時間中のスタッフの対応 は問題無し 。ビジネス利用ではなく、数日間滞在する旅行にオススメです。

A well-appointed, welcoming hotel in a quaint, classic Amsterdam building right on the canal. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They helped us with our luggage and were very kind to store our numerous suitcases while we walked to get our rental car. We had an apartment on the ground floor and it was spacious, nicely decorated and well stocked. The heater worked very well and we were toasty warm. We would love to stay here again!

Room was very clean and the hotel is in an excellent location

Hotel muito bem localizado, bonito, limpo, arrumado, silencioso, climatizado. A recepção foi ótima e sempre tem à disposição maçãs, snacks, água e café. As escadas são as mesmas de todas as casas (estreitas, mal cabem os pés), mas fazem parte da experiência. O quarto é pequeno, mas com pé direito alto e janela enorme com a vista do canal e das luzinhas das outras casas, o que é um charme. Tem televisão, frigobar, máquina de café e chaleira elétrica. O banheiro é grande e a água quente. Climatização excelente. Não tem café da manhã (oferecem no quarto por um valor extra), mas com infinitos cafés ao redor, melhor conhecer a vizinhança que tem muitas opções.

Clean room friendly staff perfect location

Room was beautiful, staff was very friendly, coffee machine was amazing, and we loved the cat that seems to live there as well. The only hard part was the steep stairs, but everything else was lovely. A short walk to every place we wanted to go!

The staff is so kind, the location is incredible, and my room was huge and beautiful. I will return!

Excelente hotel

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. La possibilità di prendere snack e frutta gratuitamente oltre a the e caffè nella hall non è da tutti ed è stata molto apprezzata. Camera nella norma con letto comodo, forse c'è da rivedere come oscurare meglio le finestre perché non sempre le tende erano sufficienti. Ottima posizione per girare a piedi la città e i punti di interesse più famosi.
