ホテルの部屋からの夕陽が素晴らしい。お部屋も素晴らしかった。 スタッフも親切で、とても優しかった。 バスターミナルが近く、レンタカーに乗れなくても島の観光がしやすい。

口コミにもありましたが、朝食が毎日異なり、とても美味しかったです。 場所が海沿いなので、眺望は素敵ですが、車がホテルの目の前まで来れないのと、エレベーターがなく駐車場からホテルまでもホテル内も階段での移動となるので、スーツケースを運んでもらうためにも空港送迎をお願いしましたが正解でした。（片道1台€25で、8人ぐらい乗れるバンでしたので、人数がそこそこ多くても大丈夫だと思います）

フィラの大聖堂の真ん前から下り道に入ったすぐのところにあったのに、入口の看板が目線の下になり、しかも目立たないので1時間余りうろうろしてしまった。全部で6、7室の家族経営の洞窟風。最も安い部屋を予約したためか、ベランダのすぐ前が共用スペースのプールだった。もろに覗かれるので最初はいやだなと思ったが、逆に私の部屋から直接そのプールに出入りできることに気づいた（本当はいけないのかもしれない）。シーズン始めのためか利用者がいなく、かくして私専用のプールとなった。もちろん、エーゲ海一望、町の中心にあるので崖に張り付いた街並みも両側にせまる。イメージ通りだった。

タクシーが入れない場所にあるので、教会近くで車を降り、広場の海側にある階段を降りるとホテルの入り口があります（初めてだと少しわかりにくいかも）。観光には大変便利な場所です。ホテルは家族経営で、レセプションの前を通るたびに人が変わっていました。お願いしていたことの引継ぎができていなくて少し残念に思いました。部屋からの眺めは素晴らしいのですが、内装は古さを感じます（エアコンやトイレなど）。部屋の割にベッドが大きく、ベッドのフレームに足を何度もぶつけました。これは改善してほしい。朝食はかなり豪華です。レストランでいただきますが、テラスで景色を眺めながら食べる朝食は最高です。ブッフェスタイルかと思いきや、レセプションにいたお兄さんたちが美味しいギリシャ料理を振舞ってくれます。ボリュームがあって食べきれないほどです。期待を上回る朝食で大満足でした。

ハネムーンで利用しました。立地は街の中心に近く、ベランダからは非常に綺麗な景色が見れます。朝食もボリュームもあり、とてもおいしかったです。部屋も綺麗で十分な広さもあり、宿の方も皆とても親切でフレンドリーでした。また、事前に妻に内緒でベッドに花びらでハート型を作って欲しいとお願いしたところ、快く対応してくださりました。 またサントリーニに来た際には必ず利用したいと思います。オススメのホテルです。

フィラタウンの崖沿いに建つ全部で8部屋のこじんまりしたホテル。タウン中心もすぐそばでアクセスもよく、エーゲ海の眺めも抜群です。スタッフも親切な人ばかりで快適に過ごせました。部屋によってはバスタブがありませんが、洞窟風のシャワールームは雰囲気もありよかったです。ブッフェ形式ではない朝食は、日替わりでおしゃれで量も丁度よく、エーゲ海を眺めながらおいしくいただけました。デザートまででてきてかなり気に入りました。崖沿いなので、部屋からフロントにアクセスするのに高低差があるのがしょうがないのですが、出発時も崖上までスタッフが荷物を運んでくれましたので問題なし。

サントリーニ島に数あるホテルの中でも立地と朝食は最高ランクだと思います！フィラの市街地にアクセスが良く、しかし夜は静かに過ごすことが出来ます。窓からは海や夕日が見えて、まるで写真雑誌や絵ハガキの中で過ごしているように感じます。部屋の家具のひとつひとつにセンスが感じられ、スタッフの笑顔も温かく素敵でした。眺望が美しいテラスでの朝食は、一品一品を順次出してくれ、どのお料理も創意工夫のある美味しいものばかりでした。今すぐにでも再び訪れたいホテルの一つです！

景色を見ながらの朝食が最高に美味しかったです。 夕日も部屋やルーフから静かに見れて最高でした。 ロケーションも大聖堂に近くて良かったです。

空港から出るバス停からすぐにあり、また、繁華街もすぐ近く、利便性の高いホテルであった。 何よりオーナーが親切で、こちらが尋ねれると何でも助けてくれ、教えてくれた。 朝ごはんは奥さんが毎日違うものを作ってくれ、おいしいものをたくさん出してくれた。 ホテルからの景色も非常に良く、部屋もきれいで快適であった。 WiFiも部屋から使えた。 またサントリーニに行くときは、このホテルに泊まりオーナーに会いたいと思えるところ。

I had an excellent 3-night stay at Villa Renos. A special mention - the amazing staff contributed massively to the level of satisfaction. The breakfast was of a high standard every morning. The hotel is very centrally located, in walking distance from many restaurants and the bus terminal. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend this amazing small hotel.

Perfect Location, Stunning Caldera Views & Exceptional Hospitality: Stayed at Hotel Villa Renos and had an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable—right in Fira, the capital of Santorini, with incredible views of the Caldera. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and banks, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were outstanding—extremely accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference in our stay. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. It felt like being at your grandmother’s house, with fresh, delicious food prepared with care. Such a warm and comforting way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay with stunning views, a perfect location, and truly excellent service. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff; very good breakfast and amazing location

Staff was out of this world, Chrifos was the absolute best person I met on my entire trip. They helped find the best locations, and my room ended up being my favorite place to stay and watch the sunset. Breakfast was made each morning and I got to try different foods that were all amazing! I have been telling everyone I know to visit!

This hotel is fantastic. Very convenient location, great view, delicious breakfast with different menu every morning, all very good. One of the main hotel staff, Christos, is extremely nice, provided us with a lot of helpful information, met all of our requests, super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was a fantastic experience! One of the greatest hotels we've ever stayed, with a wonderful owner Vassilis, an excellent manager Christos, a top notch chef, and a kind, attentive staff, who took excellent care of us, and made us feel welcome. The location is exquisite, the view is stunning, the hot tub was the perfect temperature, and our balcony offered a gorgeous view of the sunset without even having to leave our room. And breakfast was a new delight every morning. My highest recommendations for this hotel. I hope you are fortunate enough to be able to stay here. We had a phenomenal time. Everyone was wonderful on the staff and the owner was great. Seriously one of the most beautiful places and the view and hot tub were amazing. The room was great and clean with a huge shower. I loved it and would recommend it highly.

The Hotel Renos offers rooms with world class spectacular views, individual hot tubs and a very delicious and local breakfast. The staff is wonderful (not a good enough adjective), helpful, courteous and multi-lingual. Just loved our 2-day stay.
