便利な場所にあり周辺は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切だった。朝食の種類も豊富で美味しかった。

2泊しました。ベビーベッドの貸し出しをお願いしたのですが、なぜか2日目には撤収されていました。 掃除を頼んだのですがベッドシーツは汚れごとアイロンをかけたようで、本当に不快でした。 なぜこのホテルがこんなに高い星つきなのか理解に苦しみます。 道路からホテルまで星つきのホテルは荷物を運んでくれるのですがそういったサービスはありませんでした。 朝食はとてもよかったです。スタッフさんも親切でした。 美術館は近いのでその点はとてもよかったです。だから選んだとも言えますが…ドミトリー？のような雰囲気と設備のため、2泊で１０万円は高すぎると感じました。

部屋は広く。スタッフは親切で宿泊を楽しめました。トイレにウォシュレットがあるとさらに良かったです。

母娘と三世代のスペイン旅行でした。プラド美術館徒歩圏内で探したホテルでしたが、とても便利な立地で、お散歩がてらほとんど徒歩で観光できました。車の通りも少ないエリアなので、配車した車も安全に乗り降りできました。朝ご飯は種類豊富で、スタッフの方の気持ちのの良い挨拶で、朝から栄養満点エネルギーチした観光することができました。ありがとうございました！

レセプションの方の対応が非常にフレンドリーで親切でよかった。部屋は普通。床がきしむ音が気になった。洗面所のアメニティーが今ひとつだったが、この価格では妥当だったのではないかと思う。

立地よく快適

角部屋でしたので、19階にも関わらず、眺望は海も見え良かったです。このホテルの通常の部屋は狭いのですが、広めで部屋は十分な広さでした。しかし、サイトから予約した際、JAL・エックスペディアからのアラモアナホテルへの予約でしたが、チェックインもホテルでしたが、運営がホテルでなく、ホテルのサービスがうけれなかった。

The staff was very friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location on a quiet street. The only downside was the air conditioning, which didn’t get cold enough to provide relief from the intense Madrid heat in July. Overall, we had a good experience.

La variedad y calidad del desayuno es excelente. Elnpersonal del hotel siempre muy dispuesto a apoyarnos con las necesidades de taxi, maletas. Fue una estancia muy cómoda!

Our room was spacious with an amazing patio. The staff was very accommodating and we will only stay here when back in Madrid.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the room was very sparse. The staff was very nice.

Incredible staff in the front desk, beautiful room with little balcony and nice view of the street. The only negative thing I would mention is that the cleaning might not be the best. We found a short pant from the last guest in between the curtains, what means the person didn’t really clean some spots. The floor is also really noisy when you step, but this is a thing from old wooden floors I think…

Great hotel, amazing staff. Juan was extremely helpful and had solutions to a couple of issues. Hotel location is ideal, walking distance to all major sites. Don’t hesitate, this is the prefect hotel and location for your stay in Madrid!!!
