We absolutely loved the architecture and design of the hotel. The way they preserved its authentic look while incorporating modern renovations was fantastic. From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable — the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning team all went above and beyond. Every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at this particular hotel. The amenities at the hotel are excellent. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. The included breakfast buffet is much better than other high-end hotels. We did not visit the casino. My family visited the spa, swimming pool, hotel restaurants and we were very pleased those. The ocean view from the rooms facing the sea is spectacular.

O hotel é sensacional, bem localizado, instalações excelentes, quarto espaçoso, belo banheiro, impecável café da manhã, mas o serviço é bem falho, para entrar no hotel de carro é um inferno, demorei quase 1/2 hora para que abrissem a cancela, a recepção também é bem confusa, mas vale

Första intrycket av hotellet var inte den bästa huvudingången var liten och såg ut som ingången till en pub och rummet var helgult och ganska gammaldags men sedan blev vi mer och mer förtjusta. Vi bodde i en Grand sutur med utsikt över trädgården. Frukosten var väldigt lyxig och i en fin sal med uteplats. Poolområdet var mycket bra med härlig musik och bar som serverar lunch.

We very much enjoyed our stay, staff were attentive, the reception employees were all very efficient and the property was very clean. Well positioned for restaurants, beach and Rhodes Town attractions.

I loved staying here and also on my earlier stays! For some reason Expedia showed my previous review incorrectly and then would not allow me to amend it to excellent. This hotel is fantastic and the staff are very efficient and friendly

A lovely hotel and just a stone’s throw to the beach. Our breakfast was delicious every time. The staff, I have to say helped make our holiday. The breakfast and reception staff were like family - wonderful! We didn’t use the spa or the pool, to be honest no need to as we were so close to the beach nor did we use the casino. There is however, a lovely small bar behind the casino, but unfortunately you have to register with the casino and go through it to get to the bar - no biggie, but would have preferred to not to do that. An easy 10min walk to New Town and 15/20min to Old Town. The room itself was amazingly spacious! Very comfortable. All in all, a great stay, we were well looked after and wonderful and friendly staff.

Lovely staff and very clean. Gym very small and in the spa. If you require a gym this will not be comfortable. Over all very satisfied. Lovely breakfast.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und konnten durch die motivierten netten Mitarbeiter (ob Poolbereich, Hotel oder Frühstücksservice) einen tollen Urlaub verbringen. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das kann bei so einem geschichtsträchtigen Gebäude schon mal passieren 😉. Das Frühstück war der Hammer und genau nach unserem Geschmack.
