This was by far the biggest disappointment of our entire trip to Switzerland.
If you are traveling from the United States, especially with children who are used to air conditioning, do not stay in these apartments during the summer. There is no air conditioning, and the only solution offered was an old fan. We barely slept because the apartment became unbearably hot at night.
When we arrived, there was not a single towel in the apartment. We had to pay extra just to receive towels. Charging extra for such a basic necessity is unacceptable.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the oversized pillows made sleeping even worse. On top of that, housekeeping was not included unless you paid an additional fee. During our stay, we found an insect in the bed, and my wife developed a severe skin rash on both of her arms. I have photos to document this.
I was not planning to leave a negative review, but on the day we checked out, a staff member noticed how unhappy we were and asked what had happened. She requested my contact information and said someone would get in touch. As expected, nobody ever contacted us.
I cannot comment on the hotel rooms because we stayed in the apartments. However, based on our experience, I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, this accommodation turned what should have been a wonderful family vacation into a very disappointing experience.
