ユングフラウヨッホへのアクセス利用にインターラーケン付近では高価で宿が少なかったため、こちらを二泊三日利用。 Brunnenからバスで７分のアクセス。 電車の時刻とほぼ連動しているので、べらぼうに待つようなことは無かった。 Brunnen に食品やアルコールの買えるCOOPがあり５時〜20時まdr営業中。 バス代は宿泊客だからなのか、終始無料だった。 バスの本数が２３時くらいまであり、朝は１時間に一本と少ないため、地味に制約が出る。 朝食が７時スタート、フィットネスやプール、スパは平日８時〜２２時、土曜は２０時までのため、これまたあちこち移動予定があると、朝も晩も時間が合わず、結局利用できなかった。 周囲にイタリアンレストランはあるが、スーパーやコンビニは無い。 代わりに館内に、ベイカリーを含むコンビニが8時〜２０時営業。 部屋は綺麗に掃除され、整っていた。 無料でアップグレードしてくれた。

Schönes Zimmer, freundliche Anlage und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war leider eher schwach. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Hotel muito Bom próprio pra família e criança. Achei ruim pois todas as atividades são pagas, somente a piscina é gratuita. Tudo tem que alugar, toalha, roupão… caso não traga. Mas a estrutura é ótima, tem escola de esqui. Disponibilizam van gratuita para pegar o bondinho. Gostamos muito!! A vila que fiquei é longe do complexo do hotel sem acesso à piscina. Então complica um pouco e tem que deixar o quarto limpo na saída. Quarto não o apartamento. Louça lavada etc…

Room was tiny with no air conditioning but the property is wonderful and the views are amazing!!

Up all night from kids and people running around. Originally thought we booked a hotel room, turns out we had to share a bathroom.

the hotel room is v dated and dark and not non smoking . when i check in my room , its full of heavy and disputing smells fr smoking and also on the balcony full of other guests smoking . the carpets is v dirty too. i didn't enjoy the stay

The resort has good breakfast choices. The mountain views are beautiful.

I wasn't able to go because of a medical emergency and they refused to change the date so lost my money and mussed opportunity to go.

Everything was wonderful. It is a beautiful place with scenic surroundings.Only suggestion is if you want to book go on their hotel website as they said expedia does hide few things about them and if you are making reservation through expedia then you are only hotel guest not resort guest ( means not all the activities are included and you have to pay for them seperately).

Great place to stay, especially with kids!

Not recommended for Solo travelers which makes sense as the facility host many children activities. Very busy restaurants in high season.

We hiked Stoos and this was a great location. All the trail signs in the nearby hills were so lovely. Pricey to eat here, but that is all of Switzerland. A great stop!

Ein toller Ort für vielfältige Erholung

I was expecting to sleep in an hotel not in a hostel!! When l have booked there was no informations about the tipe of accommodation. and the price l payed is not comparable with an hostel with no privat bathroom

The pool area, kids room, and children’s buffet were great for our 3 year old, but the room at the hotel lacked AC so we could not sleep well as it was very hot.
