広くて1人で使えるサウナと大浴場付きで良かったです。

Breakfast is poor. No vegetable. Staff are always chatting by themselves.

短い時間でしたが、時間以上にゆっくり出来ました。

当社の写真(ホテル)と自分が抱くイメージと少しかけ離れて、 少し不安を感じましたが、 ホテルで働く人々は感じが良く、 朝食は豪華なバイキング形式で満足でした。 ただ、旅の経験不足で、 もう少し観光地に近いホテルを選択できなかった事が、 今度の旅の反省点です。

Un service impeccable, le personnel est souriant et professionnel, la piscine, le wellness, le petit déjeuner… rien à redire, une escale parfaite dans un cadre magnifique

Kom lidt udenfor sæson, hvilket desværre betød at wellness regler ikke blev overholdt. Der var tider hvor børn måtte være der, men vi oplevede de kom på alle tider og det ødelagde desværre mindfulness/wellness følelsen. Ellers et godt og dejligt hotel med fagligt dygtige personalegrupper

- um in den Pool zu gelangen musste man an die Rezeption um sich anzumelden, Personal ist dann mit zum Pool um diesen dann zu öffnen mit einer Karte. (Warum geht das nicht mit der eigenen Zimmerkarte?!!) - der Poolbereich war viel zu warm/heiß Manch eine Therme ist deutlich kälter - Teller vom Vorabend stehen lange in den Tag hinein gesammelt aus den Zimmern vor dem Aufzug - Personal bis auf ein paar wenige sehr freundliche - Zimmer war sauber sowie das gesamte Hotel - Die Bettdecke ist in zwei Bettlacken gewickelt und unter die Matratze geklemmt. Was in der Nacht ziemlich nervig wurde. - Frühstück war sehr gut und eine große Auswahl - Essen war erst gegen späten Abend möglich

Great staff, moved me quickly due to the noise in the next room. A little pricey though if you don’t use the facilities

Camera funzionale con letto e cuscini molto comodi. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione abbondande e molto varia. Servizio perfetto.

Brilliant new hotel. Great breakfast and a really nice small spa type of a pool.

Staff waa very kind and helpful, and the food was some of the best we had in Italy on our trip!! Highly recommend trying their restaurant here!!

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and had a good selection of continental foods available. Parking was good with plenty of space. The rooms were ok, very disappointed with the bathroom, particularly around the shower where mould was visible inside and out. The seals around the shower doors were also damaged. There is a quick link to a bus service which is 30 mins away from the nearest metro. The spa facility was very nice, although the sanu did not appear to work.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, ich freue mich immer darauf. Sie haben mir auch einen PP mit EV Ladestation reserviert. Wir waren schon öfters da und kommen sicher wieder.

So so. Outdoor area closed..indoor popl closed..breakfast bad..very bad .. tv no international channels.. toilett seat broken.. ant and insects..kids got bit by bed bugs..

The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, but we had a couple issues that made our stay not good. On the description it says that the seasonal pool is the outdoor pool, but in reality is the indoor. Really frustrating discovering after getting there, as we chose the hotel for the pool. The other issue we had was that our room’s AC would turn off every 2 hours. We told that to the hotel’s staff several times, eapecially in the middle of night, since we would wake up with the kids sweating, and they didn’t do anythint about it. We barely slept for 3 nights.

This is not a good hotel for US tourist.Hotel is 30 min away from center of Milan so you can only access by a taxi.You can get to a metro by bus but you need to download app and buy tickets online, which front desk lady didn’t have a clue about how it looks like. One day we took taxi to Milan center (81 Euros), next day we took taxi to the Metro ( 30 Euros), then took metro to Duomo. Visually hotel appears very nice,modern but rooms are small. We had executive room double but not sure was called executive.Small window in the middle of the wall creates dark room.There is only one plug on one side of the bed, and other plug by TV to connect your phone. It is an issue when 2 people need to charge the phone for the night.No shelves in the bathroom to put even bag with cosmetics.Only one soap. Also many switches for different lights in the room and for the bathroom .They are confusing( we had to press constantly to find the right switch for right area).Confusing room key that apparently created confusion reflecting red light outside the door ( meant we didn’t want clean room) . We didn’t know so despite telling front desk, our room was not cleaned,towels not changed. Found also piece of glass in the jelly during breakfast ,biting on it but overall good breakfast. Also pool opens late, at 10 am , closes 8pm but it is nice. Beds are twin size but comfortable.TV has few English channels including CNN. I requested hotel bill when leaving and was told to access in account (?).

Lovely clean,modern hotel. Staff were really nice & helpful & friendly. The room was quite basic but AC was good. Plenty of fresh towels & free refreshments in the fridge in the room. The outdoor pool was really nice but when it rained it would have been nice to be able to use the spa pool but it was closed. The food was really good & plenty of choice @ breakfast. You do need a car if you stay there as it is quite far from the train station & Milan City. We had to use a Uber all the time which was quite expensive. We were also to believe there was entertainment in the evening but nothing when we were there recently.
