落ち着いた雰囲気の素晴らしいホテルです。 宿泊客は、ヨーロッパからの老カップルが多いようです。

セントロにあり、劇場、市場、スーパーに５分でいける。 室内も清潔。

　朝食は１２ユーロで多少高いかなと思ったが、とても豪華、朝いっぱい食べると昼食はいらない。 ロビー、部屋は清潔でとても良い。 　昨年も宿泊したが、昨年よりも利用客が増えていた。ネットでとても評判がいいらしい。 ホテルの従業員も感じが良い。

アングィラス広場の前にあり、市の中心部、アレナル広場、中央市場、ビジャマルタ劇場に近くて便利です。 私はヘレスのフェスティバルとクルシージョ（レッスン）に行きましたがとても便利な場所にありました。 ホテルというとたくさん人が泊まっているようにように思いますがいつも５～６人くらいしか見かけず、 こじんまりしたホテルでたまにはこういう家庭的なホテルもいいと思いました。 朝食は別料金で１２ユーロでしたが卵、チーズ、ハム、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ジャム、パンやお菓子もあり、豪華でした。 ドイツ人の女性がやっているみたいで毎日、親切に声をかけてもらいました。

美しい中庭をぐるり囲むように部屋が配置された小規模ホテル。 中庭で頂く朝食はとても気持ちの良い朝を演出してくれます。 のんびりした田舎町をゆったりと楽しむにはとても良いホテルだと思いました。

どこに行くのも近くて便利でした

英語が使えて、丁寧な接客対応なので助かりました。 観光案内についても色々詳しく気の利いたアドバイスをくれます。ホテルの家具や内装も素敵です。朝食も質素ながら美味しく頂きました。とても良い時間が過ごせました。またへレスの祭の時期に使いたいホテルです。

広いテラス付きでスタッフも親切でした。 駅から徒歩でアクセスでき、またバル等街の中心へも歩いて行けます。別料金ですが、モーニングサービスもあります。

二泊しました。オーナーがドイツ人の方なのか、英語で相談できます。ホテルはとても清潔。デザインセンスもとても良い居心地のよい空間。非常に食通の方で、到着が日曜日で空いてるレストランやタパ&バーが少ないなか、的確に最高の店を教えてくれました！ボテカ見学の手配などもしていただき助かりました。また行きたいです。

Overall, the hotel was nice and comfortable. However, the unstable internet connection, which frequently came and went, was a bit frustrating. I was also surprised to find that there wasn’t even a kettle in the room to prepare a hot drink. On top of that, since there was nothing available in the room, I picked up a coffee from the kitchen and was charged for it, which was disappointing.

YIT Casa Grande was extremely clean and easy to walk around.

Booked this hotel last minute and I was surprised how easy the check in was. Beautiful old building turned into a cute hotel in the centre of Jerez. Walking distance from the bodega Tio Pepe where we attended a concert.

The reception is close at 11pm until 7am, the room on the ground floor and is 3 meters from the table breakfast , this is not a four stars hotel😕

Check-in very easy and the staff were so helpful. I recommend this hotel, it’s a few minutes walk from the main square and market.

Nice place to stay but not sure if it’s a 4 star hotel. No reception between11pm-7am. Felt more like a guest house than a hotel, the location was good and breakfast was decent as well, but again not a 4 star hotel

Ten mins walks from train station. Ten mins walk if that to great bars and restaurants. Comfy bed, great shower, excellent aircon in 39 degree heat. Extremely clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and set up in a lovely space. Always a faint perfume smell in the building but pleasant and not overpowering. Lovely roof terrace and if I have any negatives, it would only be that they should make of that. Would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent stay for an excellent price.
